The salesman was no help. I have 5 pairs of sketchers, They're ok but there is a little issue with all of them. But reason for me writing a review, which I rarely do, is the maniac that spams my text messages is really annoying. Every person responsible for allowing this needs to be fired. For that alone I'll never buy another sketcher.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, actually, it's not horrible because it doesn't exist! 5 weeks ago, I reached out to Skechers about a 3 week old slip-on shoes that were starting to come apart and they sent me a mailing label to ship them back for them to reveiw. That was was Nov.5th and its now Dec. 15th and still no updates nor a confirmation that they received them. I called after 2 weeks and they said it will take 2-4 weeks for them to review and get back to me. Still, they have never initiated a call back or email. It's now 5 weeks and Skechers has been radio silent.Totally unacceptable!

No telephone number
Returned trainers via UPS, tracking said delivered to Dock 🤷 I wanted to contact Sketchers by phone to ask if they had received item but no phone number. As they charge the earth for their shoes, I would expect them to make it easier for customers to contact them. Will not be buying any shoes from Sketchers any time soon.

My husband purchased a pair of Sketchers water resistant boots only 6 weeks ago .The are wrecked -the toe area has completely come away from the soul ,so he is unable to wear them.6 weeks - To say he is dissatisfied with them is an understatement .

Uplifting shopping experience
I visited the Sketchers shop in the Affinity Lancashire Outlet Village in Fleetwood to buy some comfortable safety boots. Having looked around the store for a couple of minutes I was approached by Kerry who offered to help me. Kerry was very knowledgeable and most attentive and helped me to come to the decision to buy the right pair of boots for me. Kerry was always smiling and cheerful and I left the store feeling uplifted.

I bought a pair of white trainers from the Plymouth store. I noticed that they looked different colours when I wore them outside. One was pure white and the other had a pale grey shoe on a white sole. I returned to the store to ask for a matching pair to be told that they were infact a pair because the label stated they were white. Also because I had worn them outside they were non refundable. As I explained I just wanted a matching pair I was told to email customer service. I sent several photos of proof of rhe mismatched shoes and asked for a refund as I'd lost all faith in them as a company. I was told yet again as they were worn and not resalable then I would not get a refund. I then drove a 90 mile round trip to the next nearest store. Explained to that manager and finally got a matching pair. I will never buy Sketchers again as their c/s is appalling.

Sketchers Go walk shoes design problem with soles.
I purchased a pair of men’s Sketchers Gowalk about 3 months ago.The product is very comfortable and really helped my plantar fasciitis a lot. BUT the weird design of the soles, means that when you walk, they trap small stones in the sole. I have to pick out the stones everyday, to stop the scraping noise of the stones on my ceramic tiles. I have pictures but no idea on how to include them in this review. Shop not interested at all (Cheltenham), just gave me a leaflet and asked me to E mail the company. I did but no response so far in the last 5 weeks!! The soles are now letting in water when walking on damp pavements, not puddles! Shoes cost £100 but are not worth that

My experience was somewhere okay, but i want to point out 2 things:First they didnt't give me any discount said there was no discount. The Shoe i have doesn't even get properply clean. The price was excessive too.But the shoes are comfortable.

Yeah they're not interested in issues with dodgy footwear. Soles are pretty crap and start to creak and squeek with every step, then fall apart. Second pair in this style, same outcome with both pairs. 6 months old maximum, worn briefly and casually a dozen times, nothing to cause heavy wear. Customer service response was to return to retailer. I don't have the receipt and unsure where purchased from in the first instance. Clearly manufacture issue. Sketchers just closed the email contact and disregarded the fault. I won't bother again

Today I visited Sketchers at junction 32 outlet, Castleford, UK. I’m currently awaiting both hips replacing and was in a lot of pain and utilising an on site mobility scooter. I had my little shihtzu Daisy with me. The store assistant Iesha was amazing, so helpful, I was wanting some slip in sketchers for after my hip operations, Iesha helped me in finding the right trainer for me, she was very knowledgeable about the trainer and brought me quite a few pairs to try on, checking stock in the back too. She even looked after my shihtzu whilst I tried on, and when the shop got busy, she very kindly took Daisy out to my partner who was sat on a bench outside. Iesha went above and beyond her role, she’s a credit to the store and company. Thank you so much

Sole wears out within a few months
Good lightweight shoes, but the sole is terrible and wears out in a few months. They then start leaking on a wet surface and are rendered useless.

Avoid their online order service at all cost. Are you aware you cannot return online orders in store, they have to be posted.I ordered a pair online 26/5, it’s now 6/6 and no sign, no tracking info other than collected by UPS.I’ve contacted Sketchers customer service, who too can’t say where they are or when they are likely to arrive. I’ve requested cancellation and refund, but they won’t do either as they are supposed to be in transit, just say you can return them once delivered, but no idea when that will be 🤷♂️Terrible service, shame as love the products

The new Sketchers at Colchester was amazing when I visited on Saturday. The service was friendly attentive and helpful. One of the shoes I wanted wasn’t in stock in my size so they went online, found it in another store and it was delivered to me 3 days later. Highly recommended!

Unbelievably appalling service from…
Unbelievably appalling service from Skechers – completely unexpected.I placed an order nearly a month ago. It was meant to be delivered within 7 days, which I already thought was slow by today’s standards - but here you go.I began tracking the parcel via UPS. At first, it showed as being on the way, but then all tracking information disappeared. I contacted UPS and was told – quite rudely – that they had never received the package from Skechers and that I should speak to Skechers directly if I had any concerns.Trying to reach Skechers customer service was a nightmare. You have to jump through hoops just to send an email, and then all you get is an automated response saying they’re “very busy” and will reply when they can. I sent my email on 19th May and only received a response today (28th May), after following up.Now, instead of taking responsibility, they’re blaming UPS. They sent me a screenshot claiming the package was delivered to a nearby UPS Access Point on 22nd May – but I was never notified.Skechers is now telling me to sort it out with UPS myself, which is unacceptable. The contract is between Skechers and UPS – not me. It’s their responsibility to resolve this, not mine.I refuse to waste any more of my time cleaning up their mess, and I certainly won’t be ordering from Skechers again.

I was disgusted to discover the pair of slip ins I was about to purchase for a touch under £100 were made in China....How can they charge such extortionate prices for Chinese made merchandise.....I will not be purchasing now....I also see not one review has been responded to which speaks volumes!!!
