It’s extremely worst customer service I have received. The owner is very rude and arrogant person; don’t know how to talk to someone nicely. I had some queries so I was there to discuss with Simply Recycling but the way Mr. Owner represent him in front of his all staff, its surprised me. All of his staff scares him because of his bad-mannered behaviour. I would suggest the owner, please be nice with everyone if you believe you are a businessman. Owner doesn’t mean that you have to be impolite and show your anger to everyone. Hope you will understand the issue and improve yourself for your own business and for the others too.
