Both level one and level two support were great. Alexander A was exceptional. Communication between levels was also exceptional. They were able to diagnose my smart lock as uncalibratable and made arraignments to send a new one. My only con is the shipping time for the new lock as this presents an inconvenience for my family.

I was having an issue with my security system. Trying to navigate the virtual system did not help me much. I looked at youtube but that was limited for my issue. once I spoke with a tech. from there website the issue was resolved. I couldn't be happier with the friendliness and helpfulness from the tech and Jay.
It took weeks of getting the "ol' okie-dokie" from numerous SimpliSafe AI and real staff to resolve an issue -- one of the cameras just installed only worked sporadically. Endless hours on chat, the phone and online and a second visit from the installer OnTech -- when it was clear almost from the start the installed camera was faulty. In one last try I dialed 888-364-5012 and was connected to Monica. Monica had both technical and personal skills, patiently did oral and remote testing, explained everything she did and then concluded the camera was defective. She explained the replacement process, apologized for all the inconveniences (but in a professional manner that protected SimpliSafe) and sent a confirmation email promptly after our phone call ended. Monica deserves a raise and SimpliSafe needs to make her a trainer of trainers. And get rid of AI. Its repetitious idiocy does not contribute to SimpliSafe's tech reputation.

I called SimplySafe to help me with a four year old outdoor camera that failed. Devan, the rep that assisted me was incredibly helpful and patient, and resolved my issues no problem!
The customer service representative was very patient and understanding. She walked me through the process of setting up the equipment. When I informed them about recurring issue with the system, she walked me through the whole process very thoroughly. Also promised to check in the functionality of the system after a few days. And she did. That is the kind of service that every customer deserves. Great job.

I was housesitting for my mom who has a Simplisafe system. There was a false alarm with the smoke detector and I was freaking out. I spoke to someone to cancel the alarm and they transferred me to Nathan. He was very nice and professional. He helped me understand what the issue was and that the smoke detector needed to be cleaned regularly. Very pleased with how he handled the situation and took the time to explain how the system works.
Like ADT, the customer service is horrible. There is no one call resolution. You call and get escalated to people who can't do anything, and then they escalate your concern to where they reach out within 48 hours. The customer service associates can't keep track of details and don't sound pleased to be at their job. I don't know why they bother asking about additional questions when they can't resolve anything.
I spoke with Fernando about a doorbell issue and a entry sensor issue. He was very polite and professional. I was sent to talk further about the issues to Lex, a very nice and professional young lady and she resolved the issue by sending me a replacement doorbell and also an extender to see if the problems cleared up. I was very impressed by both of their courtesy and kindness. Hopefully I will be impressed with the equipment. So far the system with the exception of the doorbell has been good. I have had problems with the doorbell since the system was first installed. I gave a 5 star for the service and now I await the equipment. We will see!!!
