The worst health insurance I’ve ever had
This insurance company is so misleading. This is the worst health insurance I have ever had. My work switched to them this year and I’m full of regret and dread. :(

Every thing is difficult
Every thing is difficult. Their port hole works terrible you can’t use copay cards you can’t get help from hospitals on large bills. Do not get this insurance get real insurance. Blue cross anything but simple pay. It’s not simple and it sucks

Stay Away if you can
Just don't. If you have the misfortune of being an a simple pay account, make sure you get everything in writing, they will lie through there teeth and charge you. They won't even notify you of the charges, half of the companies it'll just be taken from your paycheck. STAY AWAY if you can.

Simplepayhealth, is simple CRAP!DOUBLING BILLING BACK BILLING AND THREATS TO SEND TO COLLECTIONS EVEN THOUGH PAID THEM FOR PROVIDING NOTHING AVOID AT ALL COSTS CONSIDERED YOURSELVES TO BE WARNED!!!!!!!

Simplepay Health - avoid if you can
Employer switch to Simplepay Health in January. I hope your employer doesn't. Finding doctor's is hard...a lot of doctor's in my aera are not list...finding Tier 1 doctor's is even harder...Website has plenty of issues...I got a statement with a different company name on it... They said I should just ignore it...I couldn't access the page where you find doctors...their IT team couldn't find an issue...Now it happened again...I cannot access the "find a doctor" site...It's Saturday, I'm in pain but cannot go anywhere because I cannot check which places are in network...Nobody is on call on the weekends...Now I must wait till Monday morning...It's also confusing that the Simplepay website re-directs you to a "virgin pulse" website...I first thought that's a scam....
