I have used this supplier for about 4 years now. Extremely helpful and their customer service is excellent. Shipping depends from one week to 2 but I'm ok with this and appreciate that's out of their hands. A company that you can trust. Highly recommend
They sent a package and it got seized and refused to reship at 50 percent of the price which is their shipment policy. Do not buy from this person
Sometimes the orders take absurd amounts of time to process and then a few weeks to ship but after 5 filled orders at thousands in savings I still have to recommend them.
I was highly sceptical about this company and only ordered out of desperation. I was let down by the bureaucratic and highly arrogant medical system in the UK and was sent away by a doctor who had never even examined me and told that there was no problem. Having suffered for 10 years I decided to take the risk and searched for online pharmaceutical companies. I had no confidence in any of them and the drug I needed was really expensive and I didn't want to risk being scammed of my money. After spending hours searching over several days I was about to give up and decided to search for a different phrase and up popped Silverline Medicare in the results. Something seemed different about the website - it seemed more authentic than any of the other websites I'd found somehow.However I was still highly sceptical, especially after I'd read reviews about some people not receiving their orders. But I was desperate to resolve the issue and so I decided to go for it. I got a quote which was reasonable and asked about tracking the parcel, since missing orders seemed to be the main complaint in bad reviews. I was given a more expensive quote for having the parcel tracked but this felt like a safer option as I'd have a record of the delivery if I needed to claim from my bank. Rahul also said that if the parcel got lost in the post, then they would send a replacement.The next issue was when I had to pay as the company didn't accept credit cards - that was another red flag since I always pay for online orders by credit card as in the UK the payment is insured by the credit card company. At this point I almost pulled out without buying anything but what kept me was the reassurance from Rahul who I found to be so professional, respectful and who went out of his way to help answer my many questions.In the end I went for it - slightly sweating when I did the bank transfer since I was still really unsure that I'd ever receive any goods.However, almost immediately I received a tracking number for the order - through India Post. Then after about 3 days the tracking was logged by India Post's online system and I was able to see it was a real delivery. India Post's system was very slow and there were many days when it was too slow for me to log in and track the order so I had to be patient and just waited.Today I received my order which, to be honest, I was still surprised by since I was still unable to fully trust the company. That's such a shame because my interactions had been nothing but positive - just a sign that today's market is so full of scammers. However I received exactly as describe on my order and it was really well packed with a very clear label.I can now say - thankfully! - that this company is definitely not a scammer. I would add that Rahul is one of the most helpful people I have ever dealt with and I would DEFINITELY order again but I would always pay extra for tracked delivery just for peace of mind. Overall I am extra delighted with my experience because I expected the worst but actually got what I paid for, at a very reasonable price, and delivered in 13 days (posted out 11th February, received 24th February). Before I finish this review I wanted to say to the arrogant t**t of a professor of tropical medicine at Winchester hospital: You are making sweeping, ill informed judgements on patients you have never even seen before and then worse, have the arrogance to claim that you are right 99% of the time. What utter t**h - you are seriously misinformed but worse you will clearly never learn from your mistakes because you are way too arrogant.But on a brighter note, I also wanted to say thank you to Rahul for such superb service and also thank you for enabling me hopefully to start recovering from a 10 year issue.
I ordered some medicine from Silverlinemedicare in January and it still has not arrived. This is about the fourth or fifth company recommended by Indiamart that are thieves. Do not order from them
