THE ATTITUDE OF THE MANAGER IS UNPROFESSIONAL
The attitude of the manager is unprofessional. I ordered a Mothers Day dinner for my 98 year old mother and grubhub neglected to pick it up for delivery. After waiting 2 hours after the scheduled delivery time and attempting to get a the delivery made I was told by the "manager" of Shrimp House it's not his problem! My mother is just a few blocks down the street.BAD ATTITUDE AND NOT A WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER!
