Used to order from these guys all the time until they suspended shipping to Canada. The first time was understandable because of Canada Post going on strike, but now they're using Canada Post status as an excuse to not ship to us period, even though Canada Post hasn't been on strike for about a year now.

With localizer like Katrina Leonoudakis working for this company and her bragging about butchering anime translations on purpose it is better to not support this company
I bought 5 anime Blu-ray collections during the 2024 summer sale and they all arrived fast, well packaged and work great! I got REALLY good prices on the sale so I will probably buy more next time they have stuff I want on sale, great experience overall!
I have already ordered from Sentai Filmworks a couple of times, everything from the customer support and shipping has been great! I mention customer support because on one such occasion I forgot to sign into my account to place the order so I was surprised when I checked my account to make sure everything went through correctly I was surprised that my order wasn't there! \(0o0)/ Thankfully I got in touch with customer support and they quickly fixed everything. Mini crisis averted.
