Thank you Juan Guerrero for accommodating us in short notice. We were woken up at 2:00a due to our water system tank making a rumbling noise. I emailed Sedna right away to try and get the soonest appointment available. Juan responded right away and scheduled us same day outside of their normal business hours of operation. He understood the urgency and we were very happy and pleased with his service. He’s a true professional and would recommend Juan and Sedna for any of your water system needs.

White glove experience
We recently purchased a water softener from Juan at sedna , and the entire experience was outstanding. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions, and Juan made everything incredibly easy to understand. Whenever something comes up, he responds quickly and with patience. He has even come to our home multiple times to walk us through the system in person. It’s rare to find this level of service these days, and we’re truly grateful for his dedication. Highly recommend working with Juan!

My water filtration system was not…
My water filtration system was not working, I called in to have it fixed, although it did take a while, a gentleman helped me out was very kind , he fixed my system even before he left he made sure to test the water to make sure everything was working. I had a great experience I will now call in to get more services done he was able to change my filters as well even though I don’t originally opt in for that service so that was awesome he did on the spot!

Juan Guerrero working for Sedna😊…
Juan Guerrero came to replace my under the sink water filters easy yes? Nope!! My tank was leaking so Juan replaced that and I ordered my filters from Apollotex company thinking that was the correct way not only did they over charged me but sent me a defected filter that started leaking before Juan left. When I was talking to Juan I learned I could order my filters from Sedna (909)217-7797 which is the company that installed the system. I did not realize water softener and drinking system was two different companies. Thank you Juan for your personal and professional personality. I will always ask for you by name.

I purchased two systems from Sedna Water Softer oct 2024 I'm very impressed with the product Our health is better and my kids skin they don't need to use medicine lotion anymore, our hair is also healthier Is a peace of mind knowing we are drinking quality water without having to buy water bottles and our laundry also feels better and cleaned, This was the best decision we made for our family, Is been one year since they installed the systems and the salesman Juan call to remind me we can change the filters He cane and check the filters we were both surprised the filters were still white they look brand new What a relief we been drinking pure and quality water for cooking taking showers and doing laundry.With a system that is 💯 percent what our expectations wanted for our family's health. We have had our water system for 2 years and we purchased the filters online and had a hard time connecting the lines properly and they were so quick to come and help us resolve the problem. Definitely a 5 star company that goes above and beyond to make you happy. Cannot recommend enough!!!

Had this system for 3 years. Needed a filter change and general maintenance per usual protocol and service was great. Our technician was fast, professional, and very helpful with anything we needed. I went from questions to completely understanding the process. This company is a must have for my home and now my athletic business HAMMERS ELITE ATHLETICS.
