Products sent to previous address that I have never provided and have no idea how they obtained it. No way to speak with customer service apart from Facebook messenger and appalling customer service. Refusal to send me the product I paid for that was signed for at the address they sent it to. Refusal to admit fault and insisting I provided the address used despite the fact this is a replacement arch and my previous one was sent to my current address where I have lived for over 2 years.

They're not so bad
I ordered on 28th May and the replacement arrived on Saturday 12th July, so took a month and half all together. The first upper set kept falling out when talking or sneezing and gave me a lisp. Customer service was helpful and sent a better-fitting replacement—but the left canine tooth is oversized and gives a vampire look. I asked if they could adjust it based on my impressions, but they said they needed photos of my actual teeth, which I wasn’t comfortable sending. That was disappointing. Impressions were a bit tricky, so I’d recommend watching a tutorial. They look good in pictures but kind of fake up close. Still £450 for the pair I'd say its worth trying. Id rather wear these than show my real teeth. And until I get them properly done somewhere, im content. (Extra thin ones) Update***Have been using them for over a week now and when i sneeze or talking after about 10 minutes they fall out, same as the last ones. Was told by james to use poligrip. Im starting to think they are a waste of money. What's the point in having them if they keep falling out? Ill update if any changes.

Awful clip ins. Look soo fake, turned up badly fitted, and gaps between my teeth and the clips in. The extra thin ones - material is crap, and not long lasting, it has started to curl from where it is not sitting right on the bottom set. The top set not fitted to my teeth, you can clearly see the overlap on my gum. Looks like joker teeth. For anybody considering getting these please don't the customer service is appalling. Nobody gets back to you and they do not pay you back despite the product not meeting good quality standards or even basic statutory laws. The product does not meet the requirements of the Sale of Goods Act or Consumer Protection Act. The clip ins are causing damage to my bottom lip and also top upper lip because of the bad fit. Product never reached me on time either. Despite paying extra. Their excuse was - they did not have enough trays to send out in the post. Honestly do not do it - look for another company - otherwise you will regret it like i do.

Paid for express service (bearing in mind this is about double the price to normal). Did not get express service . Company blames Royal Mail when I finally got responses. Royal Mail said I have to apply for reimbursement of money through SV but when I contacted them they wouldn't help me . I had 6 sets of teeth made : yes SIX. Non were right. I spent hours trying to contact them and emailing about getting a refund . It's been TWO YEARS since I bought express teeth that I never actually got and never got any credit or reimbursement for them not being delivered EXPRESS DELIVERY, because Royal Mail require the sender to apply not the recipient: no help from them atall. Still paying them off my credit card nearly £400 . In the process of official complaints procedure .

OWED 2 SETS & ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS !
So I’ve made a few reviews about this “ company “ ! They owe me 2 sets of veneers that I have proof of and it’s now been 3.5 months and still absolutely nothing has arrived. In their last reply to my review they stated that they have terminated communication with me because of “ well being of their staff members “ I have tried and tried to get proof of shipment and over and over they would not give me that so I have gotten extremely angry with them. As a company that owes a customer something they are required to fulfill the order. I’m sure they will reply to this review and try to play the victim yet again when all they have to do is provide me proof of shipment and this all goes away. I see that so many of you have had similar issues with them and I’m not surprised. They claim to be a company that “ helps “ people with their mental health and self esteem around their teeth but when it’s on them to provide a well made product ( or a physical product at least ) they just turn it on the customer and act like they are innocent. I’ve emailed over and over and no replies AT ALL. I would really think twice about giving them any business because you will be treated like trash and your hard earned money will go to waste as they tip toe around the fact that they will do everything to “ make you happy “. Find another company because it’s not worth going through with ordering from them since it’ll take forever to receive any veneers from them or if they ever even send you anything and just keep your money and ignore you.

I have been ignored by this company…
I have been ignored by this company when I have contacted them in regards to the problems I have had with the secret veneers . I have different issues such as gum erosion and a badly out of line bite at the bottom teeth which are also uneven , the veneers therefore are unsuitable even after a second set were made . I sent pictures of the issues but my emails are not being replied to!!! Customer service is awful from this company . And no refunds either for a product which is unsuitable for my teeth .

I placed my order for secret veneers on 24 August 2024 and I received my order on 12 September; which I thought was quick. When I opened the package I knew immediately the teeth were not made from my impressions. They were a completely different shape to my teeth, they were yellow, thick and bulky and I was unable to get them to clip to my teeth ( I ordered the AL1 ultra thin veneers). I contacted secret veneers on 13 September and told them this and I was told that they were made from my impressions and I should send another impression (at MY cost). I then explained that I knew they had sent me someone else’s secret veneers as I was sent the top and bottom, and I had only ordered the top set. I then requested that, due to their error, they should cover the cost for me to resend another impression to which I was told on 16 September “We don’t pay for return postage I’m afraid, 2nd class signed for is a lot cheaper than special delivery and you can use this service to return impressions to us it doesn’t have to be special delivery” . Disgraceful! I was not happy with this at all! I resent another impression at an additional cost to me on top of the £402.50. I had already paid (they probably lost my original impression) and my new set arrived on 4 October. I can honestly say I am absolutely disgusted with the product. They are an absolute disgrace for £402.50. I had read the description and I didn’t expect them to look like real veneers but they were the quality of the teeth I bought from the joke shop for Halloween as a child when I was 10 years old in both look and quality. Cheap and hideous looking . As it was, that night we had a family gathering of 30 guest and it was possibly the most entertaining of parties we have ever hosted. I put the teeth in and the first comment was “I have never laughed so much since seeing Peter Kay”. The other comment was “You look like methodone Mick from Still Game”. Alongside “Have they give you Shergars impressions?” The comments were hilarious and the teeth were the joke of the night. The product is an absolute disgrace and I would advise “DO NOT BUY”. Secret veneers you are an absolute disgrace! Your product is pathetic! Hindsight. Any company that has confidence in their product would offer a money back guarantee if the customer was not happy. This says it all! Even they can’t have confidence in their own product! Yes they will work with the customer until the teeth are right they say but when I saw the quality I know they could never ever look right. Definitely no secret about these veneers!

USA purchaser here! Received mine in the mail today! This company’s Customer service is beyond amazing! They even checked on me to make sure my family was safe through Hurricane Helene! I purchased the A1 shade and they look so natural! I have a lisp which is expected so I’m going to have to get used to the way the feel in my mouth but I am so happy with the way these turned out! Thank you Secret Veneers for helping me get my smile back and for being so incredible through this process! May God bless your company immensely!

Saved my poor gappy smile
When I say this company has salvaged my smile out of the midst of endless orthodontic pain and treatments, I really mean it.my adult canines never came in - getting married in 2018 I had them surgically removed and opted to have the adult canines that were still buried “sleeping” in my palate dug out as well. Because my teeth had only had baby canines the rest of the adult front teeth were crooked from having alot of free space to move around- I didn’t actually have canine gaps large enough for adult canines. So I had train tracks too. You can imagine how invasive and brutal all was not to mention: expensive. Midway through treatment lockdown happened & then redundancy & now a baby. I’ve not been able to revisit the proper surgical implants plan but sadly I look worse now than when I started with giant gaps either side of my front teeth & large discrepancies in how my other teeth look.Enter secret veneers. The before & after is insane - gaps covered, uneven edges perfected & they’re a beautiful natural white. Amy, James & the team were super helpful & patient even when I admittedly struggled with the impressions (if this is you: message them & order extra impression putty & trays- they have a specific listing for these on their website)I chose super thin A1 but have also ordered spare veneers in the standard thickness which in some ways I prefer.I will never ever have to worry or feel self conscious about grinning big & bright again & I’ve been given some time to save up at my own pace to restart the surgery & orthodontics without feeling so sad in the meantime. Honestly a priceless feeling as I couldn’t smile at all & with a new baby I want to take all the happy photos I can - & now I am. Thank you thank you. & just finally: James you are a literal artist
