The windows are beautiful

The windows are beautiful. Well made. The fitters did a fantastic job. The finish is so neat and just a perfect finish. The lads also cleaned up after themselves. Really recomend seamless windows

No show on food

I ordered food. They canceled. No explanation. Refund promised. No food.There are other food delivery apps and I willl be using those in future

Horrible customer service and arbitrary…

Horrible customer service and arbitrary "refund" amounts. If you press them, they'll increase the amount, so-- what is the truth? Quit wasting your customer's time (and money).

I had an electr iCal problem at home

I had an electr iCal problem at home. One of the switches in the power board was tripping. RACV emergency sent their (Seamless ) electrician. He spent some time and could locate the fault. He suggested that a more thorough investigation was required lasting 5 hours. Received a quote after three days saying that the detailed investigation would cost 865 dollars followed by further recommendation. Called an individual electrician. He looked at the switch board . Checked the switch that was tripping. Found it was faulty. Replaced it. And everything was all right . A new switch cost 65 dollars. He charged a total of 200 dollars.

Burned by default gratuity

Didn’t realize til I had already placed my order that I’d been charged a $33 tip for the driver(?!?). Was unable to cancel. Never using them again.

My order did not process and never…

My order did not process and never arrived. I called the restaurant and they never received it. I provided all the information, card number, etc. When I called Seamless they couldn't help me at all. I had to order directly from the restaurant after waiting 2 hours. Now I have to wait another 45 minutes. Never using Seamless again

2nd ERROR IN A ROW (no refund this time)

For the 2nd order in a row, the driver did not follow instructions and left my food on the ground. I specifically instructed through the app to have face-to-face contact and a phone call upon delivery. When bringing the matter up with customer service rep Rodel, he would not refund the tip I gave the driver upon my request. The reason? Too many refunds processed to my account which was due to their lack of service. I am deleting the app/my account and am only leaving 1 star since I could not leave less. 0 stars in my book.

Seamless Employee Stole My Food

I am a long term customer and I had a delivery driver take a picture of my food in a parking lot holding my food that never arrived to my door step. It was $50 worth of food and 1 was a kids meal. The driver clearly stole my food as the app said delivered and there was no delivery so I simply called the phone number and all of a sudden it was out of service. Seamless offered me a $10 credit and my money back, meanwhile an employee or contractor stole $50 worth of food.

Do NOT order thru Seamless

I wish I would have seen all these reviews before ordering thru Seamless. I placed a large order thru Seamless for a birthday party. I ordered a total of 6 pizzas and 4 breadsticks. None of these were delivered, and Seamless cancelled my orders. I sent a friend up to Little Ceasers to pick up the orders and then found out that someone from Seamless already picked it up. Terrible experience and ended up with 20+ people waiting another 1.5 hours for food. All Seamless did was offer me $0 delivery fees for the next 60 days.

I made on order through them restaurant couldn’t call me because they didn’t allow them to do that and they didn’t even bother to notify me about it. only part of my order was delivered which I didn’t want to be part. That is terrible

The worst delivery service I have ever…

The worst delivery service I have ever used. No proof of deliveries, and no deliveries without the code. Beware, (even if you chose contactless delivery) you’d need to provide a code to the delivery driver and there will be no chances they leave your order in the right place (or leave it at all). The customer support can’t do anything about anything (they’ll keep telling that it’s your fault for not confirming the successful delivery without providing a code), which is impossible to do if you’re not at home. Never again. No refunds for undeceived orders, Money stolen. Had such a “great” lunch.

This service is unacceptable

This service is unacceptable. I ordered food and it never arrived. The driver wasted 50 minutes and never delivered anything. In the end, I was left with no food and an empty stomach. I had to call customer service, and although I got a refund, that does not make up for the terrible experience. Seamless has proven to be unreliable and unprofessional, unable to accomplish the most basic task: deliver an order on time. It is a complete lack of respect toward the customer. Extremely disappointing — I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible Service

After ordering I got off my computer. When it was past the time for the order to be delivered (7:30) I went back on- line to look for a telephone number. What i found from Seamless was an email saying the order was canceled because the restaurant was closed. It was sent 10 minutes after I had ordered.I should have received a phone call about that.

Easy to use and accurate information

This was my first Seamless experience. It has an easy to use website, I received texts with an accurate time window and a text when food was ready for pick up.

The ordering experience through…

The ordering experience through seamless was terrible. It was glitching as it had me create an account before placing my order. I was not able to checkout as a guest, and it was not saving my info to create an account. Finally got past that part after 20 minutes just for the only pay option to be Apple Pay. No option to put my debit info in. I just stopped and used a different ordering platform

A once reliable app is now skidding off the cliff.

As a New Yorker now living in New Jersey just across the Hudson River, 15-minutes from Manhattan, I've used Seamless for years. However, as of May / June 2025, two different restaurants from which I ordered on the app confirmed my orders by text, confirmed again that the orders were on the way (even providing the courier's name), and tracking the orders in the app's map showed the couriers were very close to my building. And then, suddenly, I receive texts that my orders were canceled. How can an order be canceled well after the customer is receiving text notifications confirming that the order was received and being prepared, and then, that it is on its way, which is confirmed by the fact that the courier or delivery driver can be tracked within the app and in both cases was only minutes from my home? I am not chasing after a business, whether that be the restaurants or Seamless, to investigate why this utter abdication of responsibility to customers is occurring. My mobile and all apps are up-to-date. All is completely operational. It is worth repeating that I have used Seamless for years and without problems, until this month. Yes, I am paying for convenience, and by doing so, have always tipped couriers or drivers a minimum of 20%. Two strikes and one more makes three, which will be game over.
