Whenever I go to seacoast, I never have to wait longer than 5 minutes. Almost everyone in there knows me by my first name. They always ask me if there's anything else they can help me with after I'm done with my business. They are very helpful as to my problems, and I've had a lot of problems. My bank account has been hacked into several times and each time they've helped me out quite a bit
If you have a business and multiple accounts with them do not use this bank. Our account found obvious fraudulent checks written on our account with 2 fake checks, not our signature, not even our checks but created online, way out of check sequence (even a year later we are still not on the check # they created) which we haven't done in over 20 years with this bank and over 5 different accounts. Bank cashed it anyway and is now hiding behind a technicality (we didnt find it within 30 days) to not refund the money although they fraudulently cashed a check did not use even the most basic fraud preventing and practised zero fiduciary duty towards their clients. Total trash company. thank you mr John O'Shea for your contemptuous dismissal of your complete failure of all basic decency and fraud prevention.
