Great experience all around
Great experience all around. We had hardwoods installed in our home office. The quality of the install was perfect. Pat and his team were extremely professional and considerate. They delivered the flooring materials several days before install so that the wood would acclimate to our home. They put down a protective covering in the walkway so they wouldn't dirty our floors while coming and going outside to cut the boards. I initially thought the price was a little high, but after working with them, I would rather pay a little higher price and have a great experience than cut corners to save a few bucks. I plan to use them again in the spring to install hardwoods upstairs.

We moved into our Midlothian home in 1986 and have upgraded every room in the house along the way since then. Scott Floor installed the floor coverings in each of our upgrade projects ... new vinyl in the kitchen on two different occasions, a custom cut and bound sisal area rug and hall runner, and replacement wall-to-wall carpeting throughout the upstairs twice, the most recent being just last week! Patrick and Connor Paul and their associates are extremely professional; they know their products and their industry well; they shared their knowledge honestly, which helped us make the best decision in each of our projects. For their integrity, quality products, and professional service, including the installation, we will always use Scott Floor in Midlothian.

Outstanding Sevice!
Just wanted to share our outstanding experience with this company. We just had a new "luxury vinyl" tile floor stalled in our laundry/mud room and adjacent powder room. Patrick in sales was wonderful, fully answering all questions and making recommmendations. Calls were returned promptly. The installers arrived on the dot at the scheduled time. They were courteous, clean and did a wonderful job! I highly recommend this business and would definitely use them again.

Patrick and Company is without a doubt, the best carpet business we have ever dealt with. Professional. very friendly and accommodating. We bought carpet that had a two month customer satisfaction guarantee. After the installation, we were not happy with the carpet for several reasons,. Outstanding Experience
We did not want to deal with the typical frustration experienced in replacing our kitchen floor and put it off for a couple years. We had dealt with two local companies and both experiences were more than disappointing. However, from the moment we visited Scott Carpet One Floor & Home, we were more than pleased with the sale and installation of our new floor. All involved in the process totally exceeded our expectation. Each exhibited a rare "can do" and enthusiastic attitude; they were professional, efficient, and the two-way communication was exceptional. Dealing with this company was a wonderful experience from pricing to installation!!! They are "Five Star" all the way!!!!

Dealt with Patrick who could not have been nicer. My current floors were matched with prefinished wood, and installed over 3 days. I had 4 rooms done at this time. They look great and matched well. my only reservation is that on 3 rooms there is a raised boundary between the hall and the new flooring. They told me I would have it in 2 places, but not the 3rd, which installers said I must have. Now that floors in place not sure I am thrilled with this issue and plan to visit the store to discuss options. Would have chosen different options if I had realized the reality. The installers were great as well doing what they were assigned, cleanup great, polite and attentive to issues. Careful with my furnishings and moving all of my furniture as needed. This was a BIG job.
