It was mostly smooth, scheduling was easy, getting tested felt fast and discreet, and I got my results quickly (usually within a few days). The staff were professional and helpful, which made a sensitive situation feel less stressful. On the flip side: a few people said their lab order wasn't ready when they arrived, or results got delayed, so there's a bit of inconsistency depending on location.
I had an excellent experience with this testing center. The staff member I spoke with in St. Louis to schedule my appointment was very professional, as was the phlebotomist in Bethlehem who took my blood. Both were respectful and made the process seamless. I would highly recommend their services.

The phlebotomist was professional and courteous. She had no trouble finding a vein and was delightful.
The process was quick to set up and appointment and Debra was informative about the information she provided. Tyler from the Results team was extremely helpful in answering my questions and concerns throughout the process and the waiting for results.

The lab did not have the order when I got there. I was able to give them a copy that was emailed to me so that was fine but it caused a 30 min delay. I was also told I would get results same day and I am still waiting for an email
Quick in and out experience. One question I still have is regarding superbill insurance coverage and whether or not my insurance qualifies for that

The moment I walked thru the door I felt I was rushed. After giving blood and giving my urine sample which was left on the counter expose to any type of contamination, I was told “it’s ok it has your name your ok to leave” without securing my sample into containers. I don’t have insurance so the $300 is out of my pocket. I’m hoping that the urine sample wasn’t contaminated. My urine sample was not contained immediately. It was still in the collection cup when I was told it’s ok to leave. I am a class A CDL driver for 27 yrs and urine samples are put in containers and secured immediately as not to contaminate the sample. Just because my name is on it doesn’t mean anything it was still in the collection cup and not secured.

My agent Matthew was so nice and efficient! It’s hard to trust these online sites but he made the process smooth and was available to text through the whole process of me waiting for my results.
Check in was smooth and my tech was kind, informative and skilled.
