Long overdue review but I cannot express how amazing the S&P team were.From outreach to the event day itself - everyone I communicated with was brilliantly professional and super helpful.Initially chatting with Tracey and Iryna for requirements and booking, both of whom were really lovely and supportive and always replied promptly.To meeting the team on the day, who were Luigi & Evrim - these guys were absolutely phenomenal. Our event was probably very small to what they are used to (home garden party) but they crushed it! Organised ppl when it came to food, no glass went empty and somehow, Evrim always knew where I'd put my glass down! :D They also washed all our hire glasses and put them back in the boxes, found all of them so we didn't even lose our deposit with Majestic - legends.They also were kind enough to increase their time a bit longer, despite both having a long journey home.They made our day so seamless and enjoyable, I can't thank them enough. Will always look to S&P for future events - thank you so much!
I had one assistant for a small lunch party. The lady sent was pleasant, efficient, willing and left a spotless kitchen.Thank you to Salt & Pepper.
Fantastic work place with great variation of events to work at, lots of shifts available and a lovely team of people. As a member of staff I felt supported by the upper management and advocated for when necessary with clients. Highly recommend jointing the team! I loved my work here, was with company almost two years.
Had a fantastic experience booking with Salt & Pepper for a private event. Communications extremely quick and clear. Payment really easy, and the staff that served our event were brilliant. Couldn't fault them. Will definitely book them any time we need other events staffed.
From start to finish everyone was very helpful. But on the night Sam, Dominika and Menil were fantastic and all our guests commented on how great they were. Thanks so much!
The team were very professional, smiling and helpful at all times and went the extra mile throughout the evening to help. I would love to have them all back any time if we are entertaining - they were a complete pleasure!
The company is excellent. They allocate good shifts, are considerate of your availability and try to assign as per your convenience. The people are warm, friendly, and help one another. The pay is good and best part payout is always on time, infact a bit early during festive season.
I have been in hospitality for years and worked with various agencies in the past which were quite mediocre at the time. I came back to waitressing 3 years ago and saw that Salt and Pepper had some amazing reviews on Google so gave it a try and applied. I am so grateful I did, this is one of the best agencies I have worked with. Iryna is amazing! She manages her staff so well, ensure we all are aware of our shifts ahead of time, she's extremely organised and you can tell she cares about us. The shifts themselves are so diverse e.g. homes,weddings, galleries etc. which is really great as I have learned a lot. The colleagues I work with are also top notch, which makes a huge difference to the work we provide to our clients. I love working there and I love the team I work with 😊

Great service from the team at Salt & Pepper, they helped me with my event from start to finish and provided me with a security guard that did exactly what I needed. Winai, you were incredible! Would highly recommend their service
I have been working as event team member with Salt&Pepper for a while now and it’s getting worse and worse working with this company! There is a whole scheme going on within the company. Iryna (the person making staff bookings) not just provides all shifts first to her friends in private messages, to Evrim - Bethany - Viorica, but she also pays them higher rates than the rest. Her friends get £15ph for a general waiting staff role everywhere, while for everyone else varies from £12 to £15; and then that’s when she writes in the WhatsApp group asking about our availability and how many staff does she needs. Everytime I work on a shift with Evrim either she is coming from another shift or she will be going to another shift after. Both Evrim and Bethany have been given full-time work the whole months of January, February and March, while we were told there is no shifts. Viorica does manager shifts (earning more than £20 ph) without being able to speak English!! There was this event where she couldn’t speak english, the staff couldn’t understand her nor the venue managers and so she was told to stay still and not do anything. Then we’ve got Mihai (Iryna’s husband) that pops up for some shifts without being booked in our staff platforms. Is he in the staff payroll? How much is he making per hour? There isn’t shifts for the staff but there is for her husband?! They just recruit so they can have staff for the busy months, the slow months only her friends get to work!Some staff have left the company after finding out about this schemes, some working for years and realized they weren’t getting the same pay as the favorite ones, simply because they were not a favorite by this couple.I have been booked for events and then cancelled a couple of times with a message “sorry this event has been cancelled” and I was told after by other staff that they worked in that event! I have also been told by some events managers they asked for me a few times and they were told I was busy, unfortunately I wasn’t busy those times, I’m just not in this couple’s circle scheme!!!
We used them for the first time for a very large event. What a team!! First-class, dressed well, through and respectful. Can't rate them enough, will be using them again next year. Thank you
