Party over the weekend
My daughter had her party here over the weekend, overall the kids enjoyed themselves but there were a few things we thought could be better. We booked the later session 3-5.30pm, it would have been great to have everyone set up and in maybe 10-15s before 3pm as we had time wasted queuing to get in then queuing to get skates on so the children didn’t get on the skate floor until about 3.20.The venue itself was extremely hot the air con above us was blowing out hot air.As we had the party package we agreed a time for food to come out for which it didn’t that kind of threw everything off for us but it flowed after. At one point they had this skate off where it was just two skate staff members and two member’s of the general public (adults) skating wasting time while the kids were all on the side line waiting to come back on, we booked specifically for a younger age range on the Sunday so we didn’t understand why that happened they have adult skate nights catered for this, that idea should definitely be scrapped considering the kids already had limited time skating already from the entering. However the security were super accommodating to us and friendly as were the team handing out the skates and the staff with bringing unlimited drinks when needed and answering any questions. The food was a hit with the children no complaints the slushies were also a hit (brought separately) The DJ was a vibe defo made the atmosphere of the event!! Which made my daughters party! She loved the music!

This is one of the most exciting places…
This is one of the most exciting places to go to.The customer service & staff are absolutely fantastic. I had my birthday there in January. And all my guests cannot stop talking about how welcoming everyone is there. Especially security. There was one security guard. I believe his name was H. He made everyone feel very safe and welcome. He even went above and beyond to assist my grandmother who is in a wheelchair and catered to her needs. Hospitality was spot. I will most definitely be returning!

Rude Secruity + Poor Management
We travelled from South London with eight kids to attend the over-5s event held during summer holidays at Rollernation. For all of the kids, it was their first time in the rink, and they were extremely excited. We learnt on arrival that under-5s are not allowed in the venue, meaning one of the new mums in our group would be unable to watch her children in action in the bays, even from the sidelines, due to the venue’s insurance. We missed this completely on the flyer and, as we paid on arrival, acknowledged that it was in fact on the website booking page, an oversight on our end.Nonetheless, the security guard was extremely rude when explaining this to us. He clearly does not know how to talk to women or behave around children, and this was our first negative encounter. His tone was dismissive when we tried to understand how the situation could be resolved, which was disappointing. While in the rink, one of the kids was struggling with her technique, so another mum took her for a walk. I started to prepare some snacks for her to eat on their walk, and the same security guard came over to say no food was allowed to be consumed in the building. I explained that a member of staff had bag-checked me on arrival, and that she was not consuming food in the building, I was simply preparing food for when she left. He was rude and dismissive and continued to repeat himself, even though I had said no food was being eaten on site. This upset my niece greatly to witness. As we were leaving the building, we had eight under-8s to prepare at the close of the event. He came over to rush us out, showing nothing but aggression, passive anger, and a disgusting, patronising undertone. We had such a fun experience with the kids trying something new and buzzing. Yet again, he used a dismissive and antagonistic tone while we were trying to leave. Once outside, we had to collect the buggy and remaining belongings before heading off, doing all we could to move quickly. He made rude and derogatory comments to us as mothers in front of the kids. Two of us confronted him, explaining, “These are kids watching how to talk to women, we are someone’s wife, daughter.” He showed no awareness of how egregious his actions were.Once we got outside, he shut the gate, and two staff members from the venue apologised on his behalf, explaining they had never seen such behaviour. They said we handled it well, as one mentioned she would not have been as graceful. The manager came out and initially told us he was “just doing his job”, a true indication of how leadership trickles down to staff hires. The staff overall were lovely, but there is no regard or grace for accommodating children on site, no regard for maintaining repeat customers, and how staff talk to parents and behave as such in front of kids. This was so sad to experience and brought one of the kids to tears. With this being the last rink we have in London, new management and staff training, especially with security who have emotional intelligence, is essential. We will not return as a group, sadly.

Better than other reviews suggest
Dedicated roller rink in London. Does it's job. Terrible music but I'm sure the youf like it. Skates were fine. Security was very thorough. Said they were looking for drinks and gum but some poor bugger had their avocado taken. I hope and assume they are keeping an eye out for weapons too. People generally good humoured and helpful on the rink.

Nice atmosphere, faulty rollerskates
The roller disco had a nice atmosphere with friendly staff and reasonably priced drinks creating an enjoyable experience. However, the issue with persistent faulty rollerskates (happened both times I went to Rollernation) was disappointing. Despite the accommodating staff's attempt to exchange them, the wait for a replacement pair took longer than expected which ended up impacting the overall fun of the evening. Please replace those old rollerskates (the white plastic ones).

Extremely hot due to the hopeless…
Extremely hot due to the hopeless inadequate air conditioning system. A handful of skaters had major body odour issues 🥺 Rink is far too small for speed skating sessions on Monday nights. Friday night DJ was a joke 👎. Overpriced Food & Drinks. Rude bar staff. Owner should retrain these people and think carefully about his/her/there business model. A nicer rink opens with better organisation and this one may go into liquidation. Positives, Good (small) quality rink. Great lighting. Pleasant seating. Nice decor. Friendly skater crowd, marshals & security. Nice overall fun vibe.

Rude and overcharged
Very rude security women to begin with. Fhe at entry price stated on the website was £10 to skate and £ 5 to spectate.. arrived to be told the lprice is £12.50 to skate AND £12.50 to spectate ... when question and referred to the website they said this was the price and that's . Felt like a total con job.

All of the staff were incredibly rude
All of the staff were incredibly rude. Bar staff served me the wrong drink and gave me a dirty look like it was my fault. The stewards kept pressuring me to keep moving and not stand still even though i was very clearly a beginner and struggling. One of the members even told me and my friends to “f*** off” because we was taking too long to leave. Disgusting. Avoid!

Horrific experience- Racially Profiled
Horrific experience here- I was harassed by one male member of staff working on the floor who became very aggressive towards myself and another person in our group. Disgusting treatment began after I didn't get a drink I'd ordered and upon asking a member of staff about it, I was shouted at and called a liar by the man on the floor and the manager for about half an hour. Honestly felt like the situation was fueled by prejudice held by the two members of staff as instead of listening to me and another member of staff who confirmed by drink had not been delivered- they automatically became aggressive and pretty much refused to hear what I had to say. The initial member of staff even returned to our table after our numerous conversations and began swearing? Was incredibly unnerving and confusing to say the least. Only one member of staff, Charney, was helpful that night in trying to resolve the mistake and apologised for the way I was treated by her manager and co-worker. The manager refused to acknowledge his mistake and poor handling of the situation and used very sexist and patronising language towards me. All in all- would not recommend this place to anyone. The place was overpriced for what it was, small skating space for the number of people let in, and not a great music selection. Unless you're up for being racially profiled and met with two very agressive male staff on the floor- do NOT go here.

Too expensive.
We came here for a massive birthday party, there were around 11 of us. The customer service was fine, we were shown to our table and gifted a bottle of wine. However, when it came to buying drinks at the bar is was extremely expensive! I got 2 single vodka red bulls and it was £21.50!!! What confused me was that there was a sign on the bar saying " two vodka red bulls for £6.50" when i questioned the bar man he said "I don't make the prices" .. yeah i don't either but i got over charged £15?!?!

Rollernation based on Bruce Grove North…
Rollernation based on Bruce Grove North London - Greeted by a female on the door who was so rude for no apparent reason. The first thing she asked was the age of the kids. We had a 3 year old with us & she immediately refused us entry we said he would not skate but this was not good enough for her apparently under 5s are not allowed to skate or permitted to enter the building. Not a problem but the way this woman behaved was unacceptable & rude she is lucky I had my kids with me. A word of advice for the owner staff with a bad attitudes should remain in the background not in a position to greet your customers. I would not recommend this place.
