I ordered 34 items for my gym and I…
I ordered 34 items for my gym and I never received 12 items, an item was damaged, and another item arrived open and missing parts. After arguing with customer service for a half dozen times they told me to file a police report against the shipping company that delivered it. I had to open a dispute with my credit card to get my money back from the items not delivered. The only reason I got my money back from the items missing is because rogue had the box weight as 22 lbs but the shipping company had it weighed as 6 lbs. I then tried to have the whole order returned because it was incomplete and missing items and Rogue told me I would have to pay to have the 20 kettle bells shipped back but that would of cause me to pay hundreds in shipping. Rogues customer service is horrible and I will never buy anything from them again. I spent over $2000 and the only thing they told me was to file a police report. Don’t waste your time or money dealing with this company!

Rogue by name rogue by nature.
SAVE YOURSELF TIME/MONEY AND AVOID THIS COMPANY. My wife ordered for me on the 19th November 2025 as a Christmas gift, a Rogue Ohio 3" brown leather weight lifting belt from the Rogue website at a cost of £128 plus £5.60 shipping. It arrived on the 3rd December 2025. I used the measurement guidelines on the Rogue website and my size fell between large and x-large. My wife ordered a large with the thought process being that I would be able to exchange it for XL. Rogue returns/exchange policy is 14 Days for the EU/UK. I received the gift on the 25th December 2026.Clearly outside of the 14 day policy.I decided to return the belt anyway as it was an exchange not a refund and there was an issue with the sizing. An exchange e-form was filled out on the Rogue website which included the order number and nothing was flagged about the 14 day return policy at that point.I returned the item on the 5th January 2026 at a shipping cost of £18.35 UK to Belgium.Having checked the tracking number today I was greeted with the message "Sorry, our delivery partner was unable to deliver this item at 30-01-2026 as the recipient refused to accept it. It will now be returned to the sender.Sorry, we don't have any other information about why this was refused."It seems that Rogue have refused the package at point of delivery and not opened it to check the item or the exchange form.My wife has contacted Rogue for a response. I will update this review if we hear anything back.

Rogue Fitness used to be the gold…
Rogue Fitness used to be the gold standard. Not anymore.I had an item in my cart when the price suddenly jumped. This is on an already extremely expensive product line, with prices that have increased multiple times recently. I understand that Rogue is American made and positioned as premium, but that does not excuse what happened next.I reached out immediately to ask if a price match was possible since the increase literally happened while I was purchasing. I was told someone would get back to me. For 14 straight days, I was told the same thing. “You’ll hear back tomorrow.” “A representative is working on it.” “You’ll get a response today.” Over and over again.I followed up politely every day. I waited. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After two weeks, I finally received a two-sentence email saying the price went up due to tariffs. That was it.All they had to do was say that on day one. “We can’t price match. Prices went up. Sorry.” I would have understood. Instead, I was strung along for two weeks with false assurances and zero accountability.I’ve bought many, many items from Rogue over the years, not just for myself, but for friends and family as well. Needless to say, I will not be returning for business again. For a company this large and this expensive, the customer service is embarrassing. I have received far better communication and respect from small local and boutique vendors. Rogue clearly no longer cares about individual customers. What happened to this company? It feels like the little guy does not matter anymore.

Complete Ripoff
I can’t say that these aren’t good, but they certainly are not a good investment. They are beyond overpriced, even by Rogue’s standards. So if you want them, go for it, but honestly, you’re flushing money down the drain. Let me show you:Rogue Change Plates: $249/37.5lb=$6.64/lbRogue Competition Plates: $1,380/320lb=$4.31/lbRogue Color Echo Plates: $1,035/350lb=$2.96/lbRogue HG Bumper Plates: $2,006/1000lb/$2.01/lbThe Change Plates are more expensive than any other plate, which maybe you justify in their convenience or necessity. But let’s take a look at the Fractional Plates:Rogue Fractional Plates: $86/5=$17.20/lbThe Fractional Plates are $10.00 more than the already expensive Change Plates. They are $15 more per pound than their Bumper Plates…. that’s just insanity. But let’s compare these prices to a competitor, REP Fitness. REP’s Change Plates: $184.99/37.5lb=$4.93/lb ($1.71 cheaper per pound)REP’s Fractional Plates: $34.99/5lb=$6.99/lb ($10.21 cheaper per pound)
Rogue is not even close to a comparison price, and are clearly profiteering hand over fist on these. Not to mention, it costs an additional ~$20 to ship this 5lb package to you.
Like I said, get them if you want, but you’re being robbed in broad daylight.

Non-existent customer support
Non-existent customer support. I ordered an item on Dec 30th at 1 am and I tried to cancel at 2:30 am. They did not ship out the items, but they would not let me cancel. Instead, they shipped out the items 1 day later and made me pay $780 in shipping (back and forth) in order to return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Service and Delivery suck
If you’re thinking about ordering from Rogue Fitness, think twice. I spent over $6,000 and the entire experience was a disaster from start to finish.Rogue provided no delivery window, no notice, and not even the courtesy of ringing the doorbell. Their driver dropped three huge pallets in the middle of my driveway, blocking my garage and trapping my wife’s car inside. Because of the careless placement, I had to haul the equipment onto my lawn by myself just to open the garage, then move everything again into the garage. Completely unnecessary and exhausting. To make matters worse, Rogue didn’t include installation instructions or a list of boxes/parts. For an order of this size, that is unbelievable. I had to guess what was what and hope nothing was missing. For a company that markets itself as “premium,” the experience was careless, unprofessional, and flat-out disrespectful to the customer. I will not be buying from Rogue Fitness again unless they overhaul their delivery and fulfillment process.

Terrible
Terrible. Don’t waste your time ordering. I ordered near the end of November. It’s now January 3rd and still no delivery. They sent me a $25 gift card which does nothing as this was a gift. They also wouldn’t cancel the order when it was obvious it would not arrive on time.

Terrible delivery experience
Love the Rogue brand, but they have quite possibly the worst delivery experiences I've ever seen (via R&L Carriers). We paid $500 for the delivery of our home gym equipment, and both times the driver (Dylan from R&L Carriers) dropped off our items on the main road, which was miles away from our house, and was unwilling to help us move it. We're now stuck with these gigantic delivery boxes and pallets in our driveway that are blocking other neighbors as well...Rogue Fitness seriously needs to reconsider their relationship with R&L Carriers and potentially switch to a more reliable provider, since this is a completely unacceptable delivery experience for the price we paid. Just check Trustpilot/Yelp reviews for R&L Carriers, and you'll see that we're not the only ones that ran into this.

Buy the Bundle!
I purposely waited to write this review until I’d used the equipment for a few months. Have had it since August the assault bike and rower. My gosh I LOVE these machines!! I researched and even bought a rower with great ratings on Amazon only to return it a few day later. Should have gone with Rogue initially. The seat height is great (even for someone w/ a torn meniscus). The quick release foot straps are one of my favorite features. The bike really challenges you. Seat is a tad uncomfortable after a few miles but that’s my only complaint with that. Don’t hesitate to buy if you want a great workout! Would absolutely recommend. Same quality or better than the ones I’ve used at my local gym.

The most dishonest company I have ever dealt with
Absolutely abysmal experience. Purchased a Rogue Ohio Bar from the Boneyard for $232. Per website "Boneyard products are high-quality factory seconds with a minor cosmetic blemish." The Ohio Bar comes in a variety of rust-proof coatings or stainless steel. The bar that was delivered was bare steel and began rusting within a week. After reaching out to request an exchange for a blemished Ohio Bar that actually fit the Ohio Bar specs, I was told "all sales are final and there are no exchanges."

I spent over $3000 three years ago on…
I spent over $3000 three years ago on Rogue racks and barbells. With minimal indoor use in our home gym the equipment is full of rust, pitting and major corrosion all over. I reached out to the customer service team at Rogue and they said this is normal and that they do not warranty the equipment coatings because this is from another vendor. In my opinion this brand is not worth the cost. The quality is the worst I have experienced! Stay away from Rogue if you don't want to be disappointed.

Samuel L is a complete idiot
Samuel L is a complete idiot! This company is a joke. They advertise weight vest at $145. Then it comes up that you pay $145 more for the weights themselves. Then they charge you like $35 for shipping and tax the shipping as well. Lmao I asked about it in the chat and said I’m not paying all that extra tax and shipping and I’ll just order somewhere else. This fool Samuel is chatting with me and says wait “I’ll recreate the order on my end for the same price and include the shipping and taxes. Cool. The chat gets disconnected and I reopen a new one and it’s the same goofball. I said yes someone was helping me get the shipping and tax waived with my order and we got disconnected. He says, “why you lying”. I’m like excuse me. Who the hell you talking to? He says he never said anything like that. Fool, I have the damn chat. What the hell do you think I was waiting for? Illiterate prick. Why would I need you to put the order through for me if you weren’t waiving the shipping. I just told you I would order through somewhere else as I didn’t know the shipping would be so high and the weights included. Went from $145 weight vest to $359 weight vest with weights and shipping. Very sketchy company with not very bright customer service helpers.

Perfectly tracked delivery, perfectly packaged, no issues with Rogue Echo Bike
I was surprised to see so many negative reviews, as my experience was excellent.Delivery was perfectly tracked, and the Rogue Echo Bike arrived in flawless condition—no issues whatsoever. The packaging was exceptionally well thought out, both inside the box and externally on the pallet. In fact, it’s the most meticulous packaging I’ve encountered for any fitness equipment. Even the cardboard box was wrapped in waterproof protection, which speaks volumes about the care taken during transit.Highly impressed with the attention to detail and logistics.

Is this a joke?? Payment gateway won’t work
Payment gateway won’t work! And then the customer service gateway also failed and wouldn’t allow me to submit the enquiry about the payment gateway.

Horrible company
Horrible company. A truly terrible company. My order has not been delivered after three weeks, and UPS confirmed they never even received it. Customer service keeps telling me to wait, over and over again, constantly making excuses. I have contacted them five or six times, and there is still no progress. This is an absolutely awful company!

Rogue echo bike
I had purchased a Rogue Echo bike, and from the beginning, I had issues with the bike, so I contacted customer service. They wanted me to troubleshoot the issue, but did not bother to listen to what I said was the possible issue. Instead, they wanted me to "troubleshoot" the issues. Basically, they sent a few emails telling me to take things apart and try to fix them or replace them, depending on the part. The issue was that they were not even attempting to fix the actual problem because when I said what the issue was, they said it was not that, and it was probably something else. It was at that point that I gave up and said I had had enough, and they still sent me another troubleshooting email. I asked for a replacement, and they said okay. The only easy part. Mind you, all of this was transpiring over a week, as they are not in any kind of hurry to help you with your expensive purchases. Over a period of 2 weeks, I get my new bike, and then another issue transpires with the pickup. Can you pick up and deliver the same day? nope. Okay, no big deal. They scheduled a pickup for September 9th between 1 and 5. Well, they did not show up nor did they bother to contact me as they should have to explain that they may be running late or need to reschedule. So, I contacted them and told them the issue. They tell me they have no information for me and will contact me as soon as they do. Well, it is 6 pm and I am now expected to take a bike off a pallet, I was told to strap it to. Just nothing but issues with this company from the beginning of my purchase to the end. I was going to attempt to transition my gym over to a more Rogue aesthetic look from Titan Fitness Gym. I will 100% be going back to Titan Fitness. Always great customer service and great equipment. I am angry that I attempted to buy anything from this company. I do like the bike, but there are better options out there for the price.

Don’t order from Canada!!
Don’t order from Canada!!! Need to return or exchange? They’ll ask you to pay shipping back to them internationally.

Really awful customer service
Really awful customer service. Said they could not verify my payment, which is absurd since I doublechecked the address listed on my file and it matched my card. Then asked me to pay by Paypal, like some sort of scam from the year 2005. Highly recommend you purchase equipment elsewhere.

Great product

This is a follow-up to a review I wrote…
This is a follow-up to a review I wrote on 7/31/2025. In fairness to Rogue Fitness, after seeing my review, [presumably] the company contacted me and offered to waive the shipping on the 35s. While it's reasonable to feel they missed an opportunity on the first round, a savvy customer service rep, took action to make the situation 'right'. For that reason, I bumped-up the rating to 3-stars. Thanks Rogue!
