AFTER INVESTING A PART OF MY SALARY WITH THIS PLATFORM $252.900, I REALIZED I COULDN’T WITHDRAW A SINGLE PENNY. EVERY TIME I TRIED TO MAKE A WITHDRAWAL, THEY DEMANDED ADDITIONAL FEES SUCH AS PROCESSING, UPGRADE, OR RELEASE CHARGES. I KEPT PAYING, HOPING IT WOULD FINALLY ALLOW ME TO ACCESS MY FUNDS, BUT THE REQUESTS NEVER STOPPED. EVENTUALLY, THEY CUT OFF ALL COMMUNICATION AND BLOCKED ME. IT WAS A VERY STRESSFUL AND DISHEARTENING EXPERIENCE.WHEN I SHARED MY SITUATION WITH MY OLDER SISTER, SHE ADVISED ME TO SEEK PROFESSIONAL HELP BECAUSE SHE HAD FACED A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE. I CONTACTED 🄒🄓𝒒𝒑•0⒭⒢ AND FOLLOWED ALL THE REQUIRED PROCEDURES CAREFULLY. FROM THE BEGINNING, THEY HANDLED MY CASE WITH SERIOUSNESS, EXPLAINED EACH STEP CLEARLY, AND MAINTAINED CONSISTENT COMMUNICATION. Been using Robinhood for a few years…
Been using Robinhood for a few years and it was fine.. Recently I had an old phone stolen that was logged into several accounts and whoever started the process.. Anyways, alerts were triggered and Robinhoods customer non-service ghosted me, closed my account and won't release my incoming crypto that had cleared the block chain but not completed the review process.. So I got robbed by Robinhood for being victimized by someone . They offer absolutely no explanation or anything..

Clearly a bunch of scammers. I keep getting notifications in my email that somebody's trying to log into my account. An account I never created. Called customer service three times to have it looked at and they just laugh at me. What a freaking joke!

Not a Good Platform for Trading Options -Zero Interest Paid on Collateral
This is not a good platformto trade options -especially 'Cash Secured' Puts. It's actually a little sneaky since no mention on the site that you will essentially lose 3.5% on your money if you sell cash secured puts. So for example each year you sell these cash secured puts at a strike price which when/if exercised will mean you are on the hook for $100k. What happens then is your collateral ($100k) will be transferred to some kind of holding account & you will receive no interest on that... At today's interest rates you will lose therefore $3500... This is a huge sum & could easily determine whether your trade is profitable..This is not a practise which is wide spread across brokers & it really is sharp practise as the company's mission statement encourages you to think it is a genuinely low price brokerage & is on the side of the retail investor. There is absolutely no mention of this practise anywhere on the app & therefore you will only discover this after placing your first trade.. It's really sneaky & not becoming of Robin hood... Other brokers do not do this - 'Inter Active Brokers' (IBKR) for example & others will pay you full interest on your money held as collateral. It's really a scandal to deceive clients in this way -we are talking about large sums of money here...Come on Robinhood -do the right thing.....

After weeks of stress trying to unfreeze my account, the experience with Tesoyplus was disappointing. The process took longer than expected, updates were slow at times, and the situation remained stressful throughout. Although the issue was eventually addressed, the overall experience did not meet my expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend them based on how difficult the process felt.

I’ve been a long-time user with years of trading experience, managing my own funds—never borrowing margin. I held a long-term call option up 120%, fully within my means. Yet, when I tried to place a modest $90 options trade (three contracts), Robinhood restricted my ability to open new positions. Support admitted it was their mistake, but provided no explanation—only that the decision was “final” with no appeal process. To resolve this, I’m forced to sell $10,000 of my stock positions—carefully built over time—because they stripped my options access without cause. The “agent couldn’t even” say why, claiming he didn’t know the reason and had no control. This is unacceptable: no transparency, no accountability, and no respect for a loyal customer who’s invested time and money. Their platform and support are basic—barely above the lowest level of trading apps, nowhere near a professional “brokerage.”Robinhood’s disregard for users is glaring. I expected better. Highly disappointing.

Everything was going well after a week of investing with them. I kept receiving encouraging emails to increase my investment, which I planned to do immediately. After receiving my paycheck, I invested around 19,000 $, and at first, everything seemed fine.However, when I tried to make a withdrawal, it kept failing. I started to wonder if I was being scammed. I contacted support and was told to wait for an email. Two days later, I received a message asking me to top up my investment before I could withdraw. I even had to borrow money to comply, but still nothing happened. They then asked for even more money. That’s when I realized I was being scammed.I then contacted ᶜᵈⓆⓅ.ᝪᖇⒼ and within 24 hours, I received news about my money and how it could be recovered. I was relieved thanks to their professionalism and the efficiency of their team.My advice: always be cautious and do thorough research before investing.

My account has been in review for a month and I can’t get ahold of anyone at Robinhood. Their chat bot is worthless trying to find out anything, it just states the obvious that my account is pending review. I can’t even delete the account with them or Plaid as it must be a secret on how to do that. The chatbot gave instructions which are worthless as well since how it states to delete an account, the process steps aren’t even there. They were supposed to send me an email with all my correspondence with their chatbot and that didn’t even happen. I highly DO NOT recommend Robinhood to anyone.

I wished I read reviews before I signed up with Robinhood. I was a victim of fraud and lost $1,000 (a lot of money for me). They called me a "participant" and offered no assistance or concern. Accounts closed, good bye. And forget about talking to a human. I wish I could write something positive.

The advertise options trading in the UK as a feature, but this is secured behind a questionnaire, that locks you out for 30 days if you admit that you are a retail investor with limited experience.Given that this is the marketing they use to draw you in it is misleading, and does not lock you out until after you have deposited money. Had to spend an hour with customer support to get the money I deposited out due to issues with their site

The app is designed to make you constantly engaged, from the notifications and the red screen when your stock goes down a little bit it looks like your investments are really doing bad, causing emotional trading. Same with the green and the FOMO on a big move, to just become liquidity. I will definitely never use this app again as I am not a gambler.

Poor support, inaccurate information.
After poor support I decided to transfer my Roth account to another service. I still have cash that isn't transferred with transactions stuck as pending (while other transfers initiated later have completed), and customer service giving me information that contradicts what is shown in the history.

My money is being help hostage because i lost my device
The most frustrating thing ever. I lost my phone in an accident and got a new phone. Since then I am unable to log into my Robinhood app because it does not recognize my device. There is no way to speak to a customer support rep without first logging into the app. They have held my money hostage and are denying me access to it, unless I connect my bank account to a 3rd party 'Plaid' or verify my identity by letting them scan my drivers license and a 3-point selfie, which I never agreed to this when I first signed up for the app. Wait till you read the terms and conditions of the 'verify by bank account' and 'Verify with ID' the information that you are FORCED to give permission to them sharing is a total invasion of privacy. I final tried the 'Verify with ID' route, they took pictures of my ID and 3-point selfie, and STILL denied me access to login to the app! I feel completely violated - do yourself a favor and Run away from Robinhood while you still have the chance!

Evertyimg i call the,m they say logi,n but they have deactivated my account.I will be hiring a lawyer soon, even if I have to pay my entire savings, I will make sure they dont do this to anyone else. I have all the proof from my bank and my robinhood account and I am pretty sure its their routine to scam their customers like that.Thanks
