Fragile Items in Long Term Storage
Roadway Moving was incredible from start to finish. I have a lot of fragile, antique items and books, and their team handled everything with such care that not a single thing broke. They moved me out of a one-floor walk-up on the Upper West Side, and I was amazed at how fast and efficient the entire process was.Because I wasn’t moving into my new condo right away, I also used Roadway for long-term storage, which gave me so much peace of mind while we were closing. When it was finally time to unpack, their labeling system made everything unbelievably easy to find and organize — and again, nothing was damaged.I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Amazing experience
The movers were so amazing! Roadway dissembled and reassembled all of my furniture for me and everything was moved in perfect condition. The movers were also incredibly kind to me on a personal level because this was a difficult move for me. I can’t recommend roadway moving enough, this was my second move with them and I would definitely move with them again in the future!

I will never move without roadway movers again! They packed, moved & unpacked my entire house in one day!! I have ALOT of stuff! Even fragile things like guitars & 100 sunglasses on a rack lol. They didn't break Anything!!! They were so professional and fast. 10/10 honestly!

I have used Roadway for 4 moves within NYC and every single time their team communicates clearly from booking the move to following up after to make sure everything went smoothly. Each move is customized to your needs so you're able to fit it within whatever budget you have. Each moving team has had the best attitude day of making it clear Roadway treats their employees well. They pack and wrap everything with care. Also, something that makes me feel comfortable is that the movers never specifically ask for a tip. I always tip because they work SO hard but It's nice to not feel hounded to so. If you want the easiest moving day, especially during a stressful thing such as moving, then Roadway is the way to go.

Can I give 100 stars? Roadway literally made my entire moving process is so much easier!!! I kid you know I couldn’t have done it without them! I moved across the country from New York to LA! They wrapped all of my items with so much care and transported it safely. They even dis & re-assembled my bed which initially took me two hours to build… it took them 10 minutes!! amazing amazing amazing!!!

Roadway moved me from Miami to California and it was nothing but seamless. I used on-site storage with them so they could hold my valuables while I transitioned and found my apartment in California and when I was ready, they were so quick to schedule my move out of storage and get it to California as soon as possible.
