Poor Customer Experience

Not had a great experience with this company.Please watch prices quoted are exclusive of VAT so 20% more expensive than quoted on their facebook page. They won't tell you till you have your invoiceThey fitted soffit lights for us. Within 6 months one of the bulbs had gone so messaged them in August and was told it would be September or October before they could look at it.You've guessed it - not a peep out of them or any intention of fixing it.Very poor experience overall!

lights do not dim

Unfortunatewly we have not had a great experience with this company. It has now been over a year since the elecrical work was carried out in our kitchen/family room. Mark was a very nice and very confident person.Regarding our LED ceiling lighting we asked for them to be dimmable and unfortunately this does not really happen. We have tried to contacty Mark and to date (1 year) he has not come back even though he stated he would.We also have one power switch which is partially covered by the cuboard door. Mark told us that this was not his fault and it did not matter.During the work being carried out the cover of our heating system controller was lost. Again Mark told us this was not his fault. We were also told this would be replaced, to date it is still missing.At the end of the day I must admit that the finished kitchen (I think) does look good. All wiring is now hidden behind the units.

Brilliant

Great experience with this company. They came and installed outside lights for us. The work was great. Very quick. The lad who fitted the lights was really lovely. We had a slight issue with the lights (not the company’s fault but a problem with the lights themselves) and the company came out and fixed it right away. They were really proactive in ensuring we were happy with the work. We will certainly use them again and would recommend them.
