Best place for flooring needs

Hired Rich's for a 2nd time
This is the 2nd time I've used Rich's for my flooring needs. First time was for tile and this time for engineered hardwood. The store staff is very helpful and installers were top notch. Manager Rob was pleasure to work with, always getting back to me with answers in a timely manner. I highly recommend.

Flawless!
Outstanding experience with Rich and his entire team. Laundry room flood resulted in flooring, carpet and tile damage. Their personalized, expert, and "above and beyond" response made the experience much easier to deal with, despite the time and expense involved. Three cheers for Carpet One!

Very happy with how this project turned out, installers were very professional and did an excellent job. They were able to maximize a purchased remnant for an odd shaped space and even had enough to do two closets. Highly recommended 👍

Couldn't be happier with Rich's Carpet One!
From the moment we met the owner, Rich, we knew we were in good hands. We were led through the process of removing a damaged floor, selecting the best floor for our budget and home, and through the installation process, as if we were the only customer. The service we received from everyone at Carpet One was superb and professional. The store has a great selection of flooring, ranging in quality and pricing, providing many different options. We also couldn't be happier with the crew who did the work. They did a fantastic job with the removal of our old floor and installation of a new floor, always pleasant and courteous. We highly recommend Rich's Carpet One!

Highly Recommend Rich’s Carpet
I had a wonderful experience with Rich’s Carpet all around, from Hannah helping with carpet selection & pricing, Rob with scheduling to my convenience, & Mynor’s expertise with installation. The bedroom carpeting is beautiful! I never would’ve gotten this personalized service at a big box store. I will definitely be returning to Rich’s Carpet as I continue with my home renovation, both for wood floors & more carpets!

From start to finish of purchasing and installation of my new bedroom flooring of cortec I was extremely satisfied and would give it a rating of five stars plus. It looks beautiful ( I have received many compliments) completely animal proof and waterproof. The salesman Rob, and installers were polite (answering all my questions as the the care of the floor) . They gave all their attention to caring for all my furniture, etc and returning it all to original placement. I would definitely recommend them. Marilyn Mark
