Revolve is a scam store

Revolve is a scam store. The sneakers I bought for my girlfriend arrived worn out and torn. I contacted customer service, sent them photos, and they told me to send them back and I would get my money back. I followed all their instructions, the sneakers were delivered to their warehouse, and more than two weeks have passed, but I still haven't received my money back. After that, I wrote to customer service and they started saying that the box had not yet been delivered to the warehouse. Later, another support representative started saying that the box had been delivered but was empty and refused to refund my money. I do not recommend this store. I will do everything I can to make them known and bring them to justice for their fraudulent actions.

Extremely disappointing and frustrating

I received a dress that arrived visibly damaged, with holes in both the front and back. This clearly indicates a failure in quality control and fulfillment.When I contacted customer service, they acknowledged the issue but did not offer a fair resolution. Instead, they offered to reimburse only up to $50 USD for return shipping, even though the actual cost from my location is approximately $180 USD. This effectively shifts the financial burden of their mistake onto the customer.Additionally, I had already paid more than $500 USD in customs duties and import taxes to receive the item. Being expected to incur further financial loss due to a defective product is unreasonable and not aligned with basic consumer protection standards.Overall, the situation was poorly managed, and the resolution offered was inadequate. I expected a much higher level of responsibility and customer care from a company of this scale.

Awesome Online Shopping Experience

Revolve is my favorite online retailer. They have a HUGE selection of fashion forward brands to choose from, some of which seem exclusive to their site. While on the expensive side, there are some good deals to be found during sales and promotions. Their free 2-day shipping is almost unheard of on other sites, and their Happy Returns option is fast, easy and nearly seamless. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for something a little out of the ordinary and a hassle-free customer experience.

Simply, the best online retailer

My all time favorite store to purchase clothing for. I’ve been buying from them for 10+ years, everything from PJs and pillowcases to my wedding rehearsal dress. Massive selection of brands at many different price points. The site lets your easily filter to the cut, price, and style of clothing you’re looking for. They have 2-day shipping and the simplest return process I’ve seen. I check the app probably 2x a week because they have daily product launches. Great customer service. I’m also glad they allow customer reviews. I rely on them!

Manupilating

Long story short : i bought a dress and sent it back on a wrong adress. After I realised, I asked customer service to help me get the package back (when you send the package back to sender only the sender has authority over the package so i couldnt ask for it) and it took us about a month exchanging emails for them to understand what i wanted them to do.In the meantime, all the communication was generic emails which looked like AI, with no actual guidance and it looked like they couldnt understand or read my request. When they finally contacted the carrier, it turns out that the package was lost. After that they advised me that they will cooperate in everything needed with the collector which was klarna, and basically indicating that they have my back, advising me to wait on paying and again sending many emails that they will cooperate with klarna. Turns out that by cooperate, they meant that they will send all documents needed to klarna that the package was lost by my mistake...? The whole situation was pure gaslighting and manupulating me, because they wanted to just phrase things nicely and not just give me clear instructions of that is needed to be done. From their lack of understanding, guidance and nonsese i ended up getting a fine from klarna from paying too late. Overall, i hope you don't have to deal with them.

I shipped back my return to Revolve! But NO Refund!

I shipped back my return to Revolve, and I did not receive my refund. The return tracking clearly shows that my return was delivered to their warehouse, and it has been 2 weeks since it was delivered, but Revolve is saying that they haven't received anything. The most likely scenario is that their warehouse did not log my return properly or lost my return altogether, but they are not claiming responsibility for this and instead insist that they must physically receive the item before they can issue a refund.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.The return process is the most stressful and awful experience I have ever experienced with any online store. They last more than a month in refunding your returns and when you ask why you are not been refunded, showing the tracking link, they say you to sign a document that says the package is lost and they will refund you as a one time exception. Basically they have the right of not refunding you anymore if they want when you sign that. And this has happened with almost all my returns! Its versus the european law and versus any customers right. Its a pity because they have a lot of items not available in europe but I am not gonna buy anymore from them nor I recommend anyone to do so.

Great customer service and really…

Great customer service and really understanding regarding a return to the united states from Norway during the time I wasnt able to ship because of unclear rules. They extended the return time and was really nice and helpfull. Answered immediately and everyone was so sweet, helpfull and understanding. Easy to return, easy to contact, and I really love their clothes!! Will definetly shop more on this website because of this🥰 really the best return process I’ve ever had: Shelley, Danielle, Maria, Charles, Steven - they all answered really quickly and were really sweet and service minded. They also returned the money almost immediately, and also covered a lot of the bill. Thank you❤️

Not up to scratch

Quick delivery. However a wall print I paid almost £100 for arrived shoved in a box with huge creases in the paper that I won’t be able to get out. Not rolled up or protected at all! I’m stunned that this is how such items are shipped.

Nice but too expensive...

Nice selection of clothes and shipping was reasonable. But the quality just not justify the price. Considering the price tag, the quality is quite inferior. I do not think I will buy again from this website.

AMAZING SERVICE I find the staff at Revolve to be second to none and was discussing this with a friend who felt the same way.I had an issue with a return date and it was resolved immediately by Veronica and then Waeni who helped with the label. The team is so friendly and efficient and it’s clear they want their customer to be happy! Highly recommend this store

Instalment Bank Declined Payment

So, I was looking for a good pair of Barrel Jeans and someone recommended revolve to me. Found a really good looking pair but the price was a bit steep it's early in the month of January, I thought let me use Klarna and do the installment payment method. I've used Klarna before and I've never had issues. Their Website doesn't indicate that they actually don't want the customer's using it they will let the Order payment just loop, I got charged twice by Klarna for the same order and then order never got confirmed. When I chatted to their support, I told the Support agent this makes your buying process look like a scam. Because you're falsely advertising that Klarna, PayPal and I forget the other one that's listed can be used but then your systems just declines it ?! How dumb can you be and now you want me to use my credit card?! Stuff that! Waste of time! The money rolled back into my account but still they don't have a issue with their unethical practices. I won't use them ever. No matter how good the jeans look.

 Overpriced and no guarantee to consumer, if not satisfied with the product!!

I don’t like sharing negative information about a company if I could focus on the positive, but unfortunately this I needed to share with everyone when you’re looking for beauty products from the US through a distributor called REVOLVE. I wanted to buy Jennifer Lopez‘s beauty products for body and face called J Lo beauty, which they guaranteed your money back if not satisfied. this is unfortunately not the case that revolve. According to EU regulations, if a consumer has a an allergy or a bad reaction to cosmetic or beauty products. The seller must reimburse the money. This has nothing to do with whether the product is good or bad smelling or feeling for you. It’s only has to do with health issues. I asked directly REVOLVE if they guaranteed me the money back if I had a bad skin reaction and they said no, they will only return unless unused and unopened. This makes absolutely no sense because how am I supposed to know if the product is good for my skin if I can’t use it? Revolves answer to this was then go and buy directly from J Lo beauty, if not satisfied with our answer so I went to JL beauty and asked them and their response was that they cannot ship to the European Union and to please order through REVOLVE! I cannot believe how ridiculous this cat and mouse game is between Jennifer Lopez López supposed amazing beauty company, and the fact that she does not ship to Germany in the European Union, but has distributors that are unwilling to protect the consumers against their health issues if any should occur. I would never recommend buying such products if you’re not guaranteed or have any kind of security of any kind of allergic reaction reactions or skin intolerances. So unfortunate, that after repeatedly contacting J beauty and sending them the information of what kind of ridiculous distributor they’re working with and actually giving them other distributors there that they better work with they decided to ignore my communications so to come to the point I do not recommend buying any JLobeauty products if you live in Germany, and stay away from this distributor called REVOLVE! Their prices are way too high and they think that they can get out of taking any kind of responsibility for the consumers after purchases of any product!

Five stars from me!

I was a bit dubious when ordering from revolve for the first time. However I took my chances as I’d seen a pair of shoes that perfectly matched a dress I had for an upcoming event. I couldn’t believe how a product coming from the US had such speedy delivery especially over Christmas. I received email updates, helpful tracking and my item perfectly packaged within three working days! I will not hesitate to use revolve online again and am absolutely thrilled with the service from start to Finnish. *****
