I ordered a REP Curl Bar and it was supposed to be shipped at the end of January but by the end Jan i still had no shipping number so i emailed REP and they told me it would now probbably be shipped at the end of Feb, I initially said I wanted to cancel the order and they did offer to do that but said if could wait i would be very happy with the Bar and said they were shipping goods as quickly as possible. I agreed and it Turned up on Wed 11/02.The Bar is great and seems Top Notch. I would recomend REP Fitness UK although in future i will email them and double check the delivery period on the item in question.

Incomplete shipment and delayed response
They shorted me one dumbbell plate on the REP + PEPIN dumbbells. 4 emails and 29 days on and I have yet to get even a basic reply from them.Edit: REP responded quickly to my 5th email with an acceptable solution and contrition for the delayed response.

Bait and Switch Pricing
They picture a specific product (example: their 5000 dip station) alongside a Black Friday price. But when you go to purchase, that Black Friday price is for a completely different, lower-end product. Classic bait and switch. And that's how they START. I can only imagine it gets worse from there.I reached out to their customer service, they hide behind "It says 'starting at'"--well why not picture the "starting at" product alongside the "starting at" price? Crickets.

Zero communication, orders not delivered and companies house have them listed as voluntary insolvency since 2024 but still taking orders! Avoid like the plague. I want my money back!!!!!

The CS is seemingly not so good in the States. Well, I ordered from the european website and got a PR-5000 power rack, the Black Diamond barbell in stainless steel, bumper plate set etc. and multiple attachments and accessories for the setup.Delivery was on point and man, the quality is seriously good on their equipment. Like really really good, compared to everything else on the european market atm. I will definitely order again as soon as possible.As a reference, i ordered some smaller rubber bumper plates from an European shop (Atletica) and the QC on those were awful compared to REP. So going forth, i will only order fitness equipment from Rogue and REP. :)

Switching to Rogue fitness. Bought over $5,300 of equipment for my home gym. As I was making a purchase, I noticed a $200 price increase on their Rep/Pepin adjustable dumbbells. I called before purchasing and asked why that was the case and was told it was due to tariffs, which had not taken effect yet. I made the purchase and noticed a couple of months later that their price went back down to $1099. I contacted their customer service and was told that because my call exceeded their 14 day price guarantee policy, that they couldn't do anything about it. I said it seemed disingenuous to use 'tariffs' as the reason for a price increase and then suddenly drop price (suspect due to lower demand). You can get customers with decent products but lose them with awful service! Disappointed ...

Terrible customer service.I ordered the Dual Adonis with rack and the Pegasus bench. I only received half the order — one tower instead of two, only one shelf out of three, and the bench is missing. When I contacted customer service, they told me it wasn’t their problem and that I had to sort it out myself with the shipping company.For a premium brand, this kind of support is unacceptable. I expected clear communication, ownership, and help resolving an issue they are responsible for. Very disappointed.

Great product, customer service needs improvement
Overall, I think this is a solid product. I'm giving it a 3 star because, I purchased the Ares 2.0 with the updated cable pulley system. I actually ended up getting the upgraded logo plate that is wider at the top and was built into the 80 inch tall rack. I had an accident and while lifting the small 2.5pound plate, I hit the top of my head on the edge of the logo and gashed the top of my head and required stiches. I informed the REP Team and was a little taken back after I sent pictures and said this could be a safety issue. Not even an apology and said they would let the engineers know. If anyone has watched the Ares video, one of the instructors shows the bar plate gliding to the top with ease. I’m not sure mine was greased enough but when attempting to slide the bar back up, it didn’t catch so i gave it a little more thrust and when I did by lifting my body slightly, I cut the top of my head. I’m 5’9 and have to duck underneath for that plate… Depending on your height and which height you pick for the stack, just be careful when maneuvering behind the cross plate.

I purchased the "AB-3100 adjustable bench" on January 31, 2025. When I bought it, nowhere on the site was it specified that the product was out of stock at the time of purchase, so I had no way of knowing.After a few days, I realized that I still hadn't received any shipping confirmation email, so I decided to contact the customer support via email. They replied that the product was not available in stock (which, again, was NOT SPECIFIED ANYWHERE ON THE SITE) and that I would have had to wait at least until mid-March.This had already bothered me quite a bit, but I thought to myself, "I've already paid for it, and I don't see any better alternatives, i'll just wait."so I waited until March 10, when I decided to contact the customer support again to get a more precise date for when the product would be shipped, they replied that they couldn't give me an exact date and that they would refund me $20 for the inconvenience.I waited until March 20, when I decided to contact customer service once again to ask for an explanation. They replied that the product would need at least ANOTHER COUPLE OF WEEKS before being shipped. At that point, tired and embittered, I decided to ask for a full refund. They told me they could have refunded me, but if I wanted, I could have had the red version of the bench, which was already available in stock, shipped to me instead of the black version I had ordered, without shipping costs and with a $40 discount. The price would therefore go from about $260 to $180. I accepted, but shortly after they told me that I WOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY ANOTHER 180 EUROS, WHICH MEANT PAYING TWICE, AND AFTER, ONLY AFTER WAITING ONE WEEK THEY WOULD HAVE REFUNDED ME THE MONEY FOR THE FIRST BENCH THAT I WAS WAITING.As of today, March 23, 2025, I have still not received a response from customer service, let alone the bench I have been waiting for for more than a month and a half.terrible experience, if you are in Europe and are thinking of choosing REP FITNESS, change your mind...

I ordered a bench end of January. Still have not received it. Got an email from UPS saying they have not taken posession yet. Wrote customer service. Got a response saying they are checking with logistics but that was now three days ago and no further info despite my follow-ups.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve Ordered a lot from this company and was never disappointed with quality and service. One of my items was back ordered for almost 3 months and they were very assuring and answered any questions promptly until I received the product. They have a customer for life.

Awesome experience from ordering the equipment, fast delivery, contacting customer support as I accidentally ordered the wrong size performance apparel (XS shorts vs L) and they not only responded in a positive manner but had everything I needed ready to submit my return/exchange. I've read all the negative reviews and weighed my options with Rep Fitness as I determined the other more expensive competitors to have the worst reviews. Delivery was fast and they packaged everything well. Unfortunately Rep can't control how the delivery process goes as they use 3rd party services and our delivery guy was rough but the packaging held up and no issues to report. The quality is good but customer service is pretty bad. I had one today and the guy hanged up on me; and he won't even give me his name on the 2nd call. If you see something you like, get it and hope you don't have to call customer service.
