BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! They target young people and those who cannot afford to fight back. They charged two $50 application fees ($100) to view a rental property. 15 minutes prior to the appointment canceled via text message stating the property was rented and refused to refund the $100 application fee. $100 charge and never even stepped foot in the house.

Great experience with RentSpree. This was my first time using it as a screening tool, and I was pleasantly surprised by how simple and seamless the process was.
