I love this company not only for their products but also the customer service is excellent! I had one small issue out of 7ish years using the same mouse and they sent me a new one right away!

Great Service
I ordered a keyboard, a mouse and headphones from this website. Everything looks just as described and is affordable. When my mouse broke customer service really stepped in to fix my problem. First through sending pictures to try and solve it at home, and when that did not work they sent me a new mouse. Great service, great products. You earned a new loyal customer!

This company stands by it's customers
I had a very positive experience with Redragon. My Redragon M656 Gainer Wireless Gaming Mouse that i bought from amazon developed a double clicking issue after several months of normal use while still under warranty. I contacted support and Mike responded quickly and professionally. After confirming my address and serial number they immediately arranged a brand new replacement and did not require me to return the defective mouse. The whole process was smooth and straightforward. It is great to see a company stand behind its products and take care of customers properly. I would definitely recommend them.

Mouse Dongle Replacement
I needed a new dongle for my Mirage M690-Pro mouse. And when I sent an email I got a response within minutes. They were very fast to help me get a new dongle with it shipping put the next day. Redragon is the most underrated brand in my opinion. I have several of their products and have been 100% happy with them for years. The fact that they helped me so fast just adds to the reason I will continue supporting the Redragon Brand.

Great for the most part
Redragon support is for the most part timely and easy to understand. My agent was very helpful and understanding, but my only complaint is that he acted without asking me first. I wanted a refund and to return a keyboard I received, but instead he had opened up an order for a free replacement without asking me first. I quickly let him know that I didn't want a replacement and he was very understanding and went ahead with the refund.

I sent multiple inquiries to customer support when I needed help after accidentally selecting the wrong address. The AI customer support assures me that my message will be sent to a human. Two days pass and my item proceeds with the delivery. Im gonna get my money back, one way or another.

Confusing but worth the time
First I get a mail from them telling me that they don't deliver to my country (Belgium) and and that they don't have any in stock ask if I want a refund so I say yes. Then I don't hear from them for a day of 2 and suddenly I get a message that they do have some in stock and they are sending one. After waiting for 9 days ( they did say 7-14 workdays) I get my keyboard. The keyboard itself is very beautiful and nice, everything is in the box, inside the box, the keyboard safely prepacked, instructions, reserve keys, in 2 things for taking out keys. I'm now very happy with it.

Took a bit to arrive and then my package was stolen by the person who was supposed to deliver it. They offered me my money back or another keyboard without any problems which arrived safely. That is some good service. Thank you.

High quality products for a beyond…
High quality products for a beyond reasonable price. Needed a cheap keyboard to use at work and came across a budget wireless keyboard and decided to give it a shot.Expected delivery was 7-10 days yet I received mine in under 24hrs. I paid roughly 40 dollars for my keyboard and did not expect much out of it other than the ability to type but have been pleasantly surprised by the quality and tactile feel of this keyboard. It's no high end self built keyboard but is more than serviceable and far beyond any expectations of a keyboard in its price point

I did have a small driver issue, but that was fixed promptly by their support team.I am happy with my purchase.
