I dont even want to rate this food

I dont even want to rate this food. For 100.00 I got 2 maybe 4 oz main lobster baked potato under cooked orzo. Stale bisquets. Under cooked lobster translucent rubbery gross. The mushrooms were so greasy and extremely salty. I called oak lawn ill red lobster after sitting on hold for 5 min. The person who answered the phone said well we are closed right now give me your info and the manager will call u at some point the next day. This place has gotten so bad. This is the 3rs time even when I eat there servoce and food is poor.

Incorrect pickup time 90+ min

Called an order into this Downers Grove location on Finley Rd @7:14pm and prepaid for it. We were told to pickup the food in an hour. Arrived at the restaurant and parked in a curbside to go spot @ 8:15pm. Upon calling the number from that spot we were then told the food wouldn't be ready for another 30 min (90+ min after placing the order). The RL member that answered the phone said we probably called a call center & that they were very busy with diners that evening being the reason we were told the wrong time to pick up.our food. 0/5 is my satisfaction score for this experience.

First time here- amazing experience

First time here- amazing experience, lovely staff and food was amazing- Justice was our amazing waiter and looked after us all night

The night started fantastic..

The night started fantastic... until our waitress forgot about us. She dropped the check when we were three bites into the meal, even though I told her we would possibly be ordering dessert. Iconsider it incredibly rude to drop a check that early into a meal. It's like saying, "Hurry up and get out. " We never saw her again, so i couldn't have paid the check anyway. No refills on drinks, no asking how our meal was, nothing. I asked for a manager after 30 minutes, who was incredibly kind. She did eventually come back and her excuse was literally that she had forgotten about us.

I went to the Red Lobster on Cumberland…

I went to the Red Lobster on Cumberland in Norridge Ill this afternoon around 3:00 pm. When I got there the guy told me to sit at a booth that was next to a family with a bunch of kids. There were lots of empty booths. I was not about to sit next to a table with a couple of families who had a bunch of loud kids. I'm not their babysitter grandma. The parents were very nice they told the kids to be quiet when they saw me get up and move. I got up and sat in another booth. Then I told the waiter I wanted to order the shrimp Linguini Alfredo and some Grilled Shrimp Skewer. I know what Linguini Alfredo is. I've had it many times. It's PASTA with sauce. He actually brought me shrimp WITH RICE. I asked him what this is? He said it was shrimp Linguini Alfredo with rice underneath. I never heard a waiter describe shrimp linguine alfredo as having rice underneath with NO PASTA. He either did it on purpose, he might be very DUMB, or he just didn't want to admit he brough me the WRONG ORDER.

Will be back, FOR SURE.

Our servers were Angie, as well as Fritzley, at the Lake Worth, FL location.. Both had delightful personalities. We got there just at opening, yet were welcomed warmly and had a great time. As a mother and daughter, who had not been out in a long time, this turned out to be a special lunch. Music was enjoyable and waitstaff was not only friendly, but had a great sense of humor and made our visit fun and worthwhile. Both food and wine were delicious, as well. Definitely coming back. THANK YOU!!!

I'm writing because

I'm writing because, since the new owner took over, most of the food is geared towards only younger people. When it was owned by the owner, they served grilled rainbow trout which was delicious. Also, my husband and myself loved the mussels which also were cooked in a wonderful delicious white sauce. I know you have to please the younger class these days but, we are living longer and healthy foods also will help you to get to where we are. So, if you would give another thought about incorporating those two back again. Thank you for looking out for the Senior Citizens. There are a lot of us who like to have lunch int the afternoon because most of us are retired. So, please look again. Hopefully you'll see, it's not just young people who like to eat at "RED LOBSTER".

I purchased the Seaside Shrimp Trio and…Sh

I purchased the Seaside Shrimp Trio and I was very disappointed. The shrimp was bite-size shrimp. Totally different from what you see in the picture. The only thing I enjoyed was the corn. Everything else was a waste of money. Definitely will not order this Trio again and highly suggest that you do not either if you don't want to be disappointed

Digusted Took my 6 adult children out for what I…

Took my 6 adult children out for what I hoped was an awesome meal. But it turned out to be the most disgusting one!!! The waitress was horrible 0 personality!!!! Which matters more than you think. First mistake was taking them to oshawa For 40 years been going to Peterborough which has NEVER let us down. Ordered the surf and turf with the steak to be well done. When my plate arrived the steak was dripping with a few lines on it and it was grey the waitress just looked at me and said I told him well done. So needless to say it was sent back and when the plate finally came back out the steak was a piece of rubber the potato was so cold the butter wouldn't even melt and the LOBSTER TAIL was stone cold and totally over cooked and rubberized!!!There was no apology nothing couldn't even chew it so while I sat and watched my kids trying to eat theirs while being so upset was horrible. Normally when paying 350.00 for a meal someone would ask if everything was good not at this restaurant didn't care!!!! So needless to say would only rate this as the most disgusting experience and will never recommend it to anyone. Could not understand red lobsters being shut down but now I get it and personally wished the oshawa location had been one of them. Yours sincerely DISSAPOINTED

35 people ate at Red Lobster

35 people ate at Red Lobster 5733 S Lindbergh Blvd St. Louis, MO 63123 on Wed. 12/17/2025 for late afternoon at 3PM. Their food was fantastic, tasty, fresh, served in a timely manner and they were gracious to their guests. I would recommend this restaurant to any one any time they are open.

Red Lobster in Daytona

While the fried flounder was good. I was very surprised that the ONLY baked or broiled fish they had was Salmon. They used to have more selections on baked fish which was very disappointing. Stuffed Flounder would have been awesome. The crab stuffed mushrooms with lobster sauce not worth what you are paying. 5$ each and you get 4.Sauce was not much. I am not a fan of fried but as I stated the Flounder was very tasty and you got a lot!!

Seafood Boil seasoning mistake

I have always loved Red Lobster for years. I was very disappointed with my last visit. I tried the seafood boil seasoned with old bay and butter. What ever was put on my boil did not smell nor taste like old bay. I took the dis home thinking I would add old bay when o got home. I did and it was slightly better but I spent over 70.00 on a meal that I had to come home and attempt to doctor up. What happened to my once beloved dining spot.

a little more garlic in the shrimp…

a little more garlic in the shrimp linguine? Otherwise, everything was good. The service (by Josh) was exceptional!!! At the Fresno, CA restaurant/ Also, baked potato would have been better than French fries with that wonderful shrimp special. I'll be back!!!

Brian, my server/host, was excellent. On Oct 9, 2025 I visited Red Lobster #0248 in Springfield, IL . Brian was friendly and professional. He greeted me with a smile and asked if I had a preference for seating. He explained the menu choices/offerings and was attentive. During my meal he checked back to make sure I had everything and enjoyed the food. Food excellent, service excellent. Over my shrimp & salad. **** 4 stars . . . Thanks Brian.

The worst experience

The worst experience! My husband and I went to the Ocala Red Lobster to try and relax from a hectic week. My husband received his dinner He ordered the crab boil, his favorite foods. He asked me to taste it. It made me sick yo my stomach. It was ice cold. I literally had to rush to the bathroom and throw up. I threw up twice from the ice cold corn. We reported it to the general manager and he removed the 2 meals but our bill was still $50. I literally got sick from the food!! This is the second consecutive time that our food has been inedible. Red Lobster has been one of our favorite restaurant for years however sadly since the menu change I can no longer say it is even in the top 10. We no longer like it and will likely not return. This breaks our hearts after 40+ years of it being ou4 number one go to. We decided to take a chance and go again and yet again strike 2. A horrible way to end a tough week. Good-Bye Red Lobster, McDonalds has even better food than you now. Im so terribly disappointed. My husband was looking so forward to a wonderful meal and we love to enjoy great food together but we will have to find that food elsewhere. Quality has diminished exponentially.
