Welcome help above the initial call for help
First Henry was very instrumental in finding a failed USB port (for my mouse) that prevented me from doing almost anything on my desktop (my initial call for help) and helping me save files for an upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10, stating that upgrade and then passing me off at the end of his shift to Emmanuel to complete that update. Hours of effort that I could not have even started to attempt with out them.
