Finding the right drum was a pleasant experience, the ordering process was simple, and the delivery was quick. The drum sounds exactly as expected (beautiful!) and is clearly of the highest quality. I would recommend RAV for anyone considering an instrument of this type.

First, the selection and purchase process was excellent! The website provides exactly the information one needs to make the right choice about which tongue drum to buy. The interactive sample sound file there, where you can actually "play" the drum to see how its sounds is fantastic! Delivery went perfectly. The drums are incredibly well packaged for total protection. And then, there is the drum itself. From striking the first note and experiencing the incredible sustain, I knew my drum experience had profoundly changed forever. These drums are in a class of their own. The quality of the build and the tone are incredible. I made a great choice thanks to the RAV Drum experience. Thank you!
The drums are almost magical in their design , feel , and structure.The sound that resonates from them is out of this world !Customer service is also excellent with warm and helpful people there .

Wow.. these drums are incredibly well made and sound amazing.. The customer service was very highly attentive of helping me select the sound and tones that fit well and went above and beyond really to accomodate my situation.The drums themselves… a standard much higher above the rest on market.. for the price it’s really worth to select a Rav drum - the price per value, the innovation, the craftsmanship, the durability, the long lasting tone.. unique innovation (look their website, the tone lasts 3x longer than others)Highly recommend considering this company and their craftsmanship - likely can consider this is the highest form of steel tongue drums on market

I purchased the Golden Gate C Rav Vast on 11/29/25 on a Black Friday Sale. I received it 12/18/25. The wait wasn't long (but I was impatient) and I understood the distance it had to travel. I was in communication with Kate from Customer Service and they always responded to emails and made me feel heard and seen. Upon striking this drum for the first time it has been magic. I honestly feel that you cannot strike a wrong note. I have already put many hours of drumming into this drum already, and I seem to crave it everyday. I am amazed at the different sounds I can get it to play and the overall resonance that travels is like I mentioned above, magical. I am grateful that I was able to financially purchase the drum, as they are an investment, however they are an investment that I see that I will be making again and again. To all the makers of my drum, thank you-your craftmanship and dedication to the art of making these drums as the beauty is heard each time a melody is strum by my fingers. I am forever grateful.

i own the rav vast celtic and the rav moon and waiting for my pre order to the rav anima. i own 4 different handpans , but i must say that a experienced practitioner of sound healing therapy , i use more the beautiful rav vast perfect instruments , they have perfect effect on meditation and sound healing treatment
They were having a black Friday sale and I was able to order the drum I wanted even though it was out of stock. The employee in the chat sent an invoice and my low e Pygmy drum was made and arrived in about a month. It’s gorgeous and I love it. They’re very helpful and fast to respond and the best quality hand pan on the market
I own a RAV VAST B Celtic and a RAV VAST G Pygmy. Both are excellent instruments. When I saw and heard the initial reviews of the new RAV Anima instrument, I knew that I had to add this one to my collection. One touch chords... Amazing! Thus far, my experience with RAV customer service has been excellent. My excitement is building for my new Anima to arrive in a few weeks.

I own several Rav Vast instruments and they all share a high quality standard and have been so much fun to play. All of them sound amazing with rich harmonics and long sustain, are tuned perfectly, and have been free of cosmetic defects (with the exception of one small rust spot on my G Pygmy from the factory). The company is very responsive on questions, and they ship quickly.
Buying an instrument over the internet can be challenging. However the Rav website, virtual player and videos gave me confidence that I was choosing a scale that is right for me. The instrument arrived carefully and safely packed and has been a pleasure. It is beautiful both visually and musically. It’s clearly constructed with care and attention. The folks are Rav are very responsive to questions and there’s a good YouTube landscape on virtual tutorials that have helped my playing. My only gripe is the nearly daily marketing emails from Rav since instrument purchase (which continue despite trying to unsubscribe).
I am a fan of Rav Vast instruments since the beginning, when Andrej developped his first Rav Drum. I own one of it and a lot of Rav Vast Drum (first and second version). The sound and the sustain is really wonderful. I own 2 of the new developped Rav Moons and I am totally in love with it. At the moment, I wait hopefully, full of anticipation, to get my new Rav Anima! I expect it to be the crowning achievement of my instruments from the Rav Vast company. I can recommend Rav Vast at any time.
