Once shipped, the products arrived in a timely manner and were perfect. The production seemed to take a long time for two items, but I guess that is normal.

I made an order of tailor-made clothes to my small business with Queensboro and got a good experience in general. The site is userfriendly and provides a large choice of apparel and publicity products that can be customized. The process of ordering was easy and the logo set-up was easy. The product of the items was fair and aligned with the price. It also took me longer than I would have liked to get the final products, but the end products were professionally crafted and well made. Customer service was friendly in case I needed an answer, but they can be quicker.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I made an order of 2 hoodies and a hat. They gave me a shipping date that came and went. I had to contact them multiple times and had no luck. I cancelled my order and now I have been waiting OVER A MONTH for my refund. Absolutely unacceptable.
