First time out of lettace and pico, then charged for drink we didnt order. They couldn't do the refund because the computer wasn't working as they had us take a big drink home anyway , (that we didn't want) Then I uploaded in the app, and they gave us chips and said they would bring out the queso.We waited about fifteen minutes our chips were cold and we ended up getting up and asking again for the queso.Second visit as soon as I walked in at 11:35 they were out of grilled vegetables which was the reason I came back...about the only thing that was great the time before. They said they were slammed the night before and didn't get everything stocked for the next day. There were 3 people there...When you have a big day night before then you get there early and you make sure everything's stocked. Pricing is extremely high for amount of food you are given. The employees even told me they thought pricing was high especially the drinks. $3.95 a bottled water and pop. Tiny kids milk $1.95.Chicken regular size bowl is $11.95. And about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of chicken.Also on the second visit, we were offered beans - the time before we weren't offered beans at all.Good try but a disappointment. Management have to turn this around or another failed attempt.

Robinson rocks and he's the best!!!
On Saturday, September 27, 2025 my mom and I went to Qdoba located at 3500 Boston St, Baltimore, MD 21224. Canton Location. When we walked in, we were greeted by Robinson who was the manager on shift. I had an offer that I received by email, but I was having issues with the app. Robinson helped me with the issue immediately. Me and my mother both got a bowl with a few fresh toppings, and the queso and guacamole for free was a plus considering that's a charge at other places. The flavor was very tasty, and we enjoyed every bite. The portion size was very appropriate for the price. Robinson came our table and asked how the meal was as he placed a tray of chips, queso and guac. We spoke a few moments more about a few things on the menu that me or my mother had never tried because we always get the bowl. Robinson's explanation of the other items definitely made me feel good to try the burrito with steak and chicken next visit. The restaurant was very clean; the bathroom was very clean as well. The staff who made our bowls and cashier were all very friendly. Robinson's store has won my go to Qdoba location!!!

Supposedly new policy dictates no service while a customer is on the phone. My wife fractured her ankle. I just got her out of the ER. She wanted quodoba food because she was hungry. I have her in the car while I go in to get her food. While in line I was told they cannot service while I was on the phone. I explained that my wife was on speaker so I could get the order right. I was told no, they cannot serve while I was on the phone. I said ok, if I get the order wrong, will they fix it. Response was no, that was my responsibility. She suggested that my wife text me so I could read it to her -- how stupid is she? I would be on my phone reading it. My option was to get my wife out of the car, just fractured her foot at 67 years old, come in and place her order. No common sense manager. I'm sure we will not hurt your business by not patronizing any more. But damm, Williamsport PA quodoba my message to all is stay away. Thank for the past experience.

The crunchy chicken quesadilla was disgusting! Soggy and bad tasting. What a waste of money. The guac tasted like a huge lime and the chips were stale!

No one even spoke to me, my order sat on the counter because no one called my name (online order) Considering I had my burrito with sour cream, guac and queso, it was very dry, the rice was like hard little kernels, and the whole thing was just .. Flavorless. One and done, no thanks.

We ordered food online for our company lunch today but had an issue with the credit card. When I called to explain the problem with the manager, Gabriela, she was very polite, professional and accommodating to help us get our order corrected. I appreciate Gabriela's positive attitude in assisting us and correcting a problem that was not Qdoba's fault. It was great to work with someone who is so capable and responsive in making our luncheon happen in a timely manner.

NO CHIPS, NO QEUSO SAUCE, VERY VERY SMALL PORTIONS, I remember a bowl full of liquid cheese when I used to go there not long ago, and they put steak instead of chicken on our chicken nachos, COME ON QDOBA WHAT THE **** IS GOING ON THESE DAYS… I DIDN’T CARE FOR THE 2025’ OUTCOME OF OUR PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION EITHER, NOW IM ROBBED OF THE FOOD I ORDER TOO?!?!?!?!?? We arrived at about 5pm, so the dinner rush really had not quite started. They were out of shrimp, I was told they didn't currently have steak, although I saw a bunch piled up on the flattop. We asked for chips and had to ask again when we didn't get them. There was not room in the trash bin to discard our trash. The high school was doing a fundraiser so there were more high schoolers than probably usual; however, they knew about the fundraiser and should've planned for it. They were completely unprepared to serve their guests and I don't plan to return to that store.

Went to the Gastonia NC location Friday at 6:05 pm Out of shrimp, guacamole and Sweet tea. How can you be out of food at the start of the dinner rush? The place was not clean had to hunt to find a table clean enough to sit down. Trash can overfilled. The food temp was warm not hot. They charged $2.75 for cup of water. Price is just as much as at a good Mexican restaurant, with a Mexican restaurant you get served at the table with real plates and cups. Also you do not pay for the chips a salsa and water. I cannot understand why anyone would pay good money to eat there. So what is the attraction? I also went on their website asking for a call to discuss the matter. No reply. Must know they have iss.

I'm simply unhappy with the loaded tortilla soup because really it's not really a soup. It's manly a burrito bowl, if you look up the ingredients for tortilla soup it would be having broth im sure and yes meat and tortilla strips in it. The customer service is great but I think that tortilla soup becomes an after thought.

Most disgusting nachos of my life
Ordered nachos with “3 types of cheese” at the restaurant at Atlanta airport. Worst nachos of my life. The slobbered on some white gooey sauce that did not taste good. This has made me reevaluate ordering nachos from a fast food chain ever again. Simply disgusting.

Horrible Customer Service
After calling Qdoba and telling them that I received the wrong order, they continued to tell me they couldn’t find my order in their system, even after I gave them my order number and offered to send them a copy of my receipt. At that point, they put me on hold and began taking orders from other customers. As of the writing of this review (12/27/2024), I’ve been on hold now for 1 hour, 28 minutes. They’re still taking orders from other customers.
