I was sent a quote sheet that had to be…
I was sent a quote sheet that had to be signed before the order was put into production. the sales rep said i could send check based off quote sheet. i cut check but received a different amount on actual bill. I was being charged for a artwork setup even though you have printed these bags for me several times. it was eventually taken off account. i was sent a proof so obviously you still had the artwork on file so you are just trying to charge your repeat, loyal customers for the fun of it and seeing what you can get away with.

Idriss was incredible
Idriss was incredible. He really went above and beyond. I was under a strict deadline and no other company I called could help get me the promo items in time for my event. Idriss found items I could use, made sure we got a couple different designs to the designer, and helped me decide on what looked best. He followed up throughout the process to make sure I saw his responses, got my decisions in on time, and ensured that I received tracking numbers. He even followed up after delivery to confirm I received everything I needed. I have literally never received service like this before. Truly incredible. I'm so thankful.

ABOVE AND BEYOND
Francis went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Wow is all I can say. I needed some fancy pens for a speaking event for our President, and I needed them fast. It was so lovely to be connected to someone who cared, called the warehouse, verified the shipping, completely took care of us and got us these gorgeous pens, all with room to spare before our event. I truly am so grateful I found you guys, you have earned a customer for life!

Having Christopher reply back so quickly and offering to speak on the phone to really explain everything was great. Quick turn on the examples of the products and then after ordering they showed up earlier than expected! 5 out of 5 is a no brainer!
