Received different product (10-5044) …
Received different product (10-5044) than ordered (10-5045). Have order confirmation and packing list showing the difference. Have tried to get it resolved thru the company, their supplier and BBB, still the company would not resolve the issue. This company has no moral integrity to not only what it sells but also not to address any product issues once a sale has transpired.THE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED AFTER GETTING BBB INVOLVED.
