THREE TIMES in EIGHT DAYS

THREE TIMES in EIGHT DAYS, delivery DIDN'T HAPPEN!! NO REASON GIVEN! In that time, canceled/reordered twice, final time, just cancelled. I give them one star because they did refund my $$, and because there isn't a zero-star or negative star option.

Unhappy customer- plant was dead

I sent my mom a rose plant and it was extremely dry and almost dead when it arrived. The plant was dead within 2 days. Very unhealthy plant and embarrassing to be gifting it to someone. Unlikely to order from Proflowers in future or recommend to others.

If I could leave zero stars I would

If I could leave zero stars I would. No one ever contacted me to tell me that the flowers I ordered would not be delivered. It was on me- the customer- to track the order and see it hadn’t been delivered. After paying a significant amount of money for the order and delivery I find it absurd that there was not even an emailto alert me that there was a delay. When I contacted customer support it was 1) incredibly hard to get an agent and 2) when I did reach an agent they were not very helpful and would not work with me to resolve the issue. The only compensation I was offered was a $7 credit. I have used pro flowers for years. I will now be taking my business elsewhere.

A Timely Housewarming Delivery

The flowers ordered were delivered to friends of mine as they have moved to a new state. I was so pleased with the delivery. My friend sent a picture of the flowers and they are beautiful!

Missing Birthday Vase!?!?!?!?!?

I’m really disappointed with this purchase. I spent $90 on birthday flowers for my mom specifically because the product description and photos showed a vase with “Happy Birthday” printed on it. That detail was important to me — it made the arrangement feel special and personalized for her birthday.Unfortunately, what was delivered was just a plain glass vase with no birthday graphics at all. While the flowers themselves were fine, the overall presentation did not match what was advertised. For $90, I expected to receive exactly what was shown in the listing.If the birthday vase was out of stock or substituted, that should have been clearly communicated ahead of time. The whole reason I chose this arrangement was for the birthday-themed vase, and without it, it felt generic and overpriced.I hope the company improves its accuracy in advertising and communicates substitutions more clearly in the future.

Stay away from proflowers

Don't register with their website. You'll never be able to get your information removed. They won't even let you change your email address.When you call (or chat with) customer support, they can barely communicate and are not helpful. Even though they are owned by FTD, it sure feels like a scam. Stay away from proflowers!

The arrangement was delivered as promised. The arrangement was of dubious quality, since only tulips opened, while the lilacs rotted in the vase . This was unusual. I have never been disappointed by their product or service until now. The customer service was abysmal and makes me want to never use them again.

If substitutions or size reductions are expected due to demand, that should be clearly communicated upfront.For the price paid, the value simply did not match the product delivered. Very disappointing experience.

Poor service,order not delivered for funeral

* Update: Monies were returned next day. Order was received by pro flowers three days before a funeral service. Order was acknowledged money was withdrawn, however day of the service, no flowers. Very embarrassing. After the service I called them, I asked for a refund. They offered to send the flowers to the home of the deceased today. That is not what I wanted when I ordered the flowers and they accepted the order and took the payment. Again, I asked for a refund they said it would be refunded. I’m waiting to see if that actually happens. Such a disappointment I should have paid attention to the other reviews.

I used Proflowers and Bulldog was the florist they contracted out to. I paid $80 for what I thought was a beautiful bouquet. The recipient received a much smaller, unprofessional looking bouquet. Very misleading. I called to complain my disappointment and they promised a second bouquet but never delivered. I requested a refund and will be reporting both businesses. I could have bought and arranged a better bouquet from a grocery store. I will not be using Bulldog or Proflowers again. Shame on these horrible businesses.

The flowers that were delivered we not what I ordered

The flowers that were delivered we not what the picture on the website was. I spent over 80 dollars on the flowers and they only refunded me 14.23. I have been going back and fourth with their customer service and been given the runaround. They said they would re deliver the flowers on Tuesday no flowers, called back said they would deliver Wednesday no flowers called again now they are telling me that the florist says the flowers delivered were the same as the picture and refuse to refund me my money. This is a horrible experience and I out the money I spent I will never order from ProFlowers again and I have told all my colleges about this and they have seen what I ordered and what was delivered and they are shocked that the florist thinks it's acceptable. They need to be accountable and should take off their website that they provide customer satisfaction.

Scam artists!

These people are Scam artists. I ordered a bouquet and paid extra for deluxe. It was delivered today, and it’s not the bouquet I ordered. It looks like the florist slapped it together. Not one flower that was listed on the pro-flowers website was in the arrangement. Would not recommend.

Flowers were beautiful and delivery was quick and the price was reasonable!I sent flowers to a friend in Hayesville, N,Cand one to Florida

I sent flowers to 2 friends one in N.C. and ln FloridaOne on Feb. 3rd and one on Feb 7. Both were different and delivered on time. Both of my friends spent me photos and both were beautiful!

Local delivery driver gets failing grade

Flowers were beautiful. However, the local delivery driver basically dumped the flowers on the sidewalk next to the apartment parking lot. The apartment number was on the address but the driver did not even put it up by the building nor made an attempt to put by apartment door or knock. It was sitting by the cars. Those expensive flowers with a $20 delivery fee could have gotten stolen or may have been left out overnight. Shame on that delivery driver! A neighbor happened to see it before it got too dark and got it to the apartment with my family member. Some people are disabled and can’t run around the building looking to see if the flowers arrived. Delivery drivers are hired to do just that—deliver to the address, not dump it somewhere near the building. I saw a picture of the flowers; at least they were beautiful.

If I could put the review as a 0 I would. I I orders flowers for my girlfriend for valentines day and they showed up 3 days late. The customer service was ok, but did not meet professional standards with refunds and dates that the flowers were arriving. I had to call 3 times to check in on the flowers and when they were going to be delivered. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this flower company at all. This place is a disgrace. Do better. Also, some of the flowers were dead... go figure.

Good at taking your money, delivering not so much

I ordered a standing spray of flowers on 2/11/26 for a funeral on 2/17/26. Proflowers took my money for the order on 2/11/26. The night before the funeral I received an email, not a phonecall, an email, from Proflowers at 5:30 pm stating they could not provide the funeral spray. I called customer service and after fighting my way through their automated system finally spoke with an actual person. I explained the situation and they stated they could try and reach out to other florists. I pointed out that it was after business hours and asked how they planned on getting a florist to make a funeral display before 10 am tomorrow. He did not have an answer. They offered to send a complimentary arrangement to my house .... what? I declined. I already had a second order for a birthday to be delivered in 3 days. I told the customer service rep to cancel that one too. He said "Ma'am the florist already has that one so we can't" 😳....I pointed out that I was giving Proflowers much more notice than they gave me and after an exchange that may or may not have contained expletives I received confirmation that I would get a refund for both. Canceling a FUNERAL arrangement with that little notice is not far off from canceling wedding flowers. Do yourself a favor..... save the stress....go elsewhere. I hear Bouqs does a great job!Update:2/17/26 8:58pm..... who calls people at 9 at night? The answer is Proflowers. They are on my phone offering a complimentary arrangement....again....I feel like I made it pretty clear that I had no interest in any sort of consolation prize for a missed funeral arrangement. I'll be more clear next time. As a side note: while the Funeral arrangement was a lost cause due to the much delayed notification from "Pro"flowers, I'm happy to report that I was able to order an arrangement from The Bouqs for the canceled birthday arrangement. Fingers crossed they come through!Update: 2/18/26 The reply below stating a supervisor reached out is on target. It was posted an hour ago and it is in reference to my update from yesterday. It seems "Pro"flowers is always at least a day late.....if at all

I ordered a bouquet for Valentine's…

I ordered a bouquet for Valentine's Day. It arrived very late (after 4pm). By that time, what was the point. Plus it arrived nothing like the picture ordered. I called to complain. They apologized, refunded original order, and sent very nice complimentary one next day. Very impressive.

if I could give 0 stars I would...the delivery driver did not ring the doorbell when they delivered the flowers. the recipient didn't leave her house that day so she was home when they arrived and the flowers froze b/c no one rang the doorbell. I asked for a refund on my $100 order and they offered to give me $18 back. I will never use this service again.
