Premier Payroll Solutions Payroll and Tax Dept. issue:We received a NY State form claiming we owed some money. Jenna LaLuna in Payroll sent it right to the Tax Dept. Kaitly O'Leary in taxes called NY State and straightened the issue out.The two of them were great. It was very unique and satisfying situation.

This company is outstanding, quick, efficient, and highly professional. They’re always responsive and ready to help whenever an issue comes up. When one of our employee checks was stolen, they immediately issued a new one the next day and even provided the check numbers so we could notify our bank and prevent them from being cashed.
I am a weekly payroll customer with Premier. They are fast with support and easy to work with. In addiiton, the customer facing portal has a great feature for adding new employees. It takes me less than 3 minutes.

I couldn't possibly conceive another payroll service provider who would be more effective, efficient, prompt, supportive, reactive, accurate, professional and easy.However, being in the financial services industry I have had experience with my clients using other service providers. Easily identifiable and big names in the payroll service industry. I can't tell you how many problems and errors they were confronted with.
