I recieved Polywood's "Edge Rectangular 6-Person 78'' Long Dining Set" in early summer of 2023. It's autumn 2024 now, so it's lived one Seattle winter outdoors and 2 summers (ok we covered it over winter). Honestly it didn't need a cover, this stuff is extremely durable. So the material is amazing, and the build quality is great too, close to Danish level. I'm honestly impressed.
purchased a dining set from Polywood $2700 and one of the chairs' legs disconnected from the arm- the bolt attaching came right out of the leg and left a big hole- we sent photos, emails several times and attempted customer service several times by phone but waiting times are over 90 minutes- we have actually waited that long with a disconnect or no response! Got no response from our email filings and the "chat" is a joke!
