Paul the motability expert at polesworth garage was phenomenal couldn't do enough to help me i was stuck on two cars in two different colours and he spent so long with me. Everybody at the garage was so welcoming i will be using them again for my next car. Bonus i collect my new car tomorrow thank you so much paul

Paul at Polesworth Garage was outstanding from start to finish and made our experience of buying a car very pleasurable. There was no pressure at any point and the test drive was arranged quickly without a representative from the garage being present so we could discuss openly as a couple what we thought before deciding to buy.The communication was first class throughout and all paperwork was completed quickly which moved things along nicely. Upon collection of the vehicle, our little boy was made to feel very special and allowed to sit in the luxury cars which he loved. The road had flooded badly on collection day so Paul had moved the car to an adjacent forecourt away from the standing water which helped a lot and was a very nice touch.Excellent customer service throughout the process and we would highly recommend Polesworth garage. Really surprised by how MG have come on in the last few years, and wasn’t expecting to buy. Paul was so helpful, letting us test drive, which completely changed my opinion of the brand, and he sorted me a great deal. Answered all my questions promptly, showing great knowledge of the product. The whole experience was spot on from start to finish, and the after sales has been superb so far, impressing my wife so much that she has bought one as well!
