Just bought card at local kum and go tried to redeem them the card said redeemed on another account ??? I just bought them i have receipt that said its activated.

I bought 2 $100.00 google play card today for 2 of my grandchildren which I went to their home to give them their Birthday gift cards and they tried to redeem them and the 2 cards came up as not activated and I bought them at my local Walmart and it shows on my receipt from Walmart that I paid for the 2 cards. So I went back to Walmart and they told me that there was nothing they could do cause it showed on my receipt that they were paid for and that they were activated but when my grandkid tried them it said they were not activated. So I called google play support and they want me to jump through hoops and email the cards and the receipt which I did and they told me that is not where it ends that I'm going to have to jump through more hoops just to get them activated. This is not fair. All I need is them to activate them. But it looks like I'm going to lose $200. My advice is don't waste your money they are just as sorry as ITUNES.
My bank account says that the order is "processing". The total amount of the card was $22.48. But I have not recieved anything..i have been checking on my email. I either want my code or a refund. I have contacted you on your site as well and have gotten no response. So I'm hoping you will respond on here.
Have not received code or any kind of confirmation number. No longer need the play card had to get a different one that i could use.

I bought 25$ gift card, but I didn't receive the email containing the code, also I contacted the support sending my info and URL that i was redirected to after the payment, but I didn't get any reply.
Heard other reviews and wanted to have my own experience. I have to say I was pleasantly pleased.

At first I was petrified. I do not trust online shopping that much, but THIS WORKS! Thank you, PlayGiftCard, for showing me that there ARE some great stores out there!Be aware, there's a few pages you go through, but this is fine. The first just shows who you are, the second is your card info. It will be fine. Honestly, I'm just grateful I didn't have to waste my time and gas to go to the store.

Hello, I bought a 15$ Google Play GiftCard. The second I got it, I tried to use it. But it did not work and the troubleshooting said the supplier had called the code back. So I have sent an e-mail to support@playgiftcard. com with a screenshot of the code you sent me in a browser next to a browser where I put in the code, clock and date of receiving your email and everything. Everything is entered correctly and I expect a new working code within few hours or I will call the bank to take back the transaction. If it's just an error I of course apologize and will change this review.
