When I mistakenly put the tubing to deep in the canual and was unable to pull it out. The company replaced the tubing and canual with no cost to me. Never experienced such incredible customer service
Great product and great customer service. I love the benefits I get from drinking hydrogenated water and Mark from Piurify's customer service went above and beyond on some questions I had. My naturopath, who is one of the top naturopath's in the US recommended I purchase this and I'm glad that he did!
We really enjoy our hydrogen bottle. The battery life does diminish quite a bit over time.

The Purity system arrived in great condition with easily understandable instructions. Only concern is durability of the valve connection from the base to the pitcher. My body recognized clean, pure water immediately.

Intend is Okay but you cannot clean the bottle because both ends are having a small entry. Due to this reason I sent back the bottle and they reimbursed me right away.
I couldn't drink our tap water, so I bought this purify for my water to cleanse it. Man when I tell you that I love this and it makes the water taste great, there is no more of that white stuff on my glass, and my kidneys don't hurt as much now.

Purity is a great company. I love my hydrogenator is awesome. I make 1-4 pitchers a day. What a great product. I’ve had it for quite some time, the magnetic vortex feature stopped working a couple months ago. I email Purity and sent a short video of what it was doing and they shipped me a new pitcher immediately, no shipping no other questions asked and then they even reached out to make sure everything was working and that if I had any thing else come up don’t hesitate to contact them so they can take care of it. Great product, wonderful customer service. Thank you for your great customer care!!!!!
So far, it has been great... VERY fast shipping... Impressive packaging, and the quality seems to be excellent.. I have been using for the last few weeks, and it has been flawless so far.
I have been using the Plurify pitcher for 2 years now. I use it at least twice a day and have experienced issues with the pitcher membrane wearing out twice now. Both times I reached out to Plurify's customer support who promptly replaced the pitcher. These guys really stand behind their product! Its refreshing to see a company these days who backs their product like these guys do. Highly recommend.
The water hydrogenator is a great product and I reached out to the company with a question about re-ordering filters as well as a small defect I noticed on the pitcher and they responded SO QUICK and went above and beyond to help me. They sent a new replacement pitcher no cost and very fast. Sometimes dealing with unexpected issues can be a headache but this company made the process quick and stress-free. Very impressed!

Other bottles I bought didn’t live up to their claims. Following strong reviews, I invested in an H2 tester and Piurify bottles. Finally satisfied—the tester consistently shows up to 7 ppm, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
