I've been using Pirate Ship for about 8 years now - first with ETSY and for the last 5 years on my website. I used various other services before that but once I found Pirate Ship, thoughts of looking elsewhere never crossed my mind. The savings are real. The service effortless and reliable. And there is always a friendly helping hand available if I need it. It's a pleasure to be able to share my experience, because it's been a pleasure to be working with a company that does its job, and cares for its customers. I've been shipping books and things since 1968, and speak from experience when I say a service like Pirate Ship is a rarity in our ever increasing dehumanized world.

Software, site and shipping are fantastic. Service is even better!
Shipping is fantastic. It is very easy and I saved 80% on regular UPS rates for an international shipment. The software is great but in this day and age, service is second to none. Casey gave me 10 star service on a scale of 1-5. Almost too good to believe. Really!

Been using since 2018 for all the labels for my shop before using a fulfillment center, and still use for all the odd or one off things I need to ship myself. Very easy to use, cheapest prices, and I can compare between services. Great chat and usually instant answers. Solves issues I bring up fast and answers all questions promptly. So easy that the site disappears and I just get what I need done and forget about it until I need a label again. It's always there and doesn't change or mess things up and take away features I've come to expect.

I’ve been using Pirate Ship since 2021, and it has been a fantastic experience. There’s no membership fee, and I consistently save money on every shipment — for both business and personal packages. Printing labels is incredibly easy, and I love not having to wait in line at the post office or UPS.While they don’t offer a FedEx option, that has never been a problem for my needs. On the few occasions I’ve contacted customer service, I was able to quickly chat with a live representative without long wait times. They even helped me resolve a couple of UPS-related issues, which was much easier than dealing with UPS directly.I regularly recommend Pirate Ship to friends and family. It’s simple, reliable, and a great way to save on shipping. ARGH!

Great experience overall
Very easy to use. Very user friendly. Nice user interface. I got started quickly. Same discounts I get from Shopify and other discount shipping sites. I also had an insurance claim for a lost package. Pirate ship made it very easy to file a claim and get paid for it. I’m a happy user

I love Pirate Ship! Arrrrrr!
Pirate Ship is super easy to use, allows for quick refunds if you mess up with buying postage, and has easy links for support. I have even started a chat after what I figured were normal hours, and they jumped on super fast to answer my questions. I love that I can use UPS or USPS, and compare which will get my packages delivered faster or cheapest. And the jokes are the best, no extra charge! 🏴☠️How much did the pirate pay for his piercings?A buck-an-ear.

Devoted fan since 2020
Devoted fan since 2020! I have a home-based resale business. Prior to PirateShip, I took all packages to USPS and UPS. That is a retail point of sale and the prices are MUCH higher than what PirateShip can offer. As big a feature is that, by using PirateShip at home and buying labels, I no longer have to spend SO much time waiting for the clerk to measure, enter dimensions and give me options. The customer service is THE best, hands down, compared to all other online services I use.

Easy and affordable

A friend told me about Pirate ship and…
A friend told me about Pirate ship and so glad she did , there customer service is so above anyone else's. Easy with help when I had a question or issue (my fault) I have recently got my sister to get on board and she has noticed the savings. Even with the USPS fees Pirate Ship is still a savings. Just wish I found out about them sooner for my small business,
