Good communication. Turned up to quote and then a week later to repair as arranged.James was polite and very efficient at finding the leak in the mains supply pipe between the mains on/off and the house stopcock, and repairing the problem. Made a good job of tidying up after repair. Would definitely recommend.

I am very disappointed with the service and customer treatment. He responded to my advertisement, provided an estimate, but then had dozens of excuses for not showing up. He promised to come and complete the job within a week, but unfortunately, it was just a waste of time. When he answered the phone, he pretended not to hear, and upon reconnecting, he did not answer and did not return the message left. I lost two weeks, and nothing was done. I do not recommend!!!
Pícot plumbing did a great job replacing a water pipeline from our house to the mains.Their operatives were polite & hard working. The excavation points were filled in tidily and the job cost less than we had expected.
Contacted this company to relay the mains water pipe following a severe leak. Excellent experience from start to finish, great communication, they go above and beyond to solve your problem quickly and efficiently.
