I have been ordering these bath bombs for several years. They are my absolute favorite. My skin feels so soft and they do not irritate me like some bath products do. I am sad that they seem to no longer be in business. Holding onto my stash for myself, as I would give them as gifts sometimes. ALL MINE!! LOL :-)

This is the third time I ordered from this company and I ordered the champagne bottle it came crushed into a fine powder. There was no jewelry, I emailed the company and the woman that responded made it sound like she was doing me a favor by sending my order back out so I would get what I paid for.... The second champagne bottle had jewelry but was also crushed into a powder and I wasn't able to give it to my friend for her anniversary present. It was very disappointing.

Very poor customer service, get orders wrong more then they get them right, a purple bath bomb left such a mess in my tub it took forever to scrub it clean, when they offer free item with purchase you don't get the free item.

I bought some items (bath bombs, etc.) as gifts. I don't have first-hand experience with the products, although I hear they're great. What I do know is that they always get the order right and they ship quickly too.

Poor Customer Service
So far, I am not impressed with their customer service. I ordered a pearl bath bomb on April 7th, and I got the shipping confirmation the next day, and had received the product about a week later. So far, so good. The bath bomb was nice, definitely bigger than I thought it would be. Well, I get my ring and it turns out it was not one of the ones shown with the bath bomb I purchased. The ring I received was from their Onyx Druzy collection, when I ordered the Dark Magic Charcoal bath bomb. I ordered it specifically because I would have been happy with any of the advertised rings. I was pretty disappointed when I saw the ring, it wasn't my style and it wasn't what I paid for. I reached out to Laura with customer service, and got a response a couple of days later - I thought maybe I had misunderstood the listing, but she confirmed I received the wrong ring and that they would send me a new ring from the collection I ordered initially. This conversation was on April 17th, and she said they would ship it out ASAP and that I would get an email with the shipping confirmation. Well, here we are almost two weeks later, and still no shipping confirmation, or any correspondence of any kind. I emailed Laura back on April 22nd to see if they wanted me to send back my incorrect ring, no answer. I emailed her again today, on April 29th to check in and see when I might expect to see my shipping confirmation, so we will see if/when I get a response. I understand the postal service is probably a little slower these days due to the virus, but to not even know if it has been shipped, and to get no responses from the company? I am frustrated because I did not get what I paid for, and now I feel like making it right is not a priority of theirs. Initially, I was really impressed that they responded so quickly and offered to send me a new ring, but now I just consider this a loss, as I do not expect to get the correct ring at this point. I also find it strange that I cannot seem to find a way to leave a review on their actual website - I feel like that should be an option, but maybe I am missing something? Anyway, I will update if anything changes, but so far I have been really disappointed.

Extremely disappointed
I was very excited to place my order with this company but waited a while until they released a product perfect for me. After months of looking at the website, they finally released a product that didn't make me feel as though I was wasting money, as their products are quite pricey minus shipping. I placed my order, which was extremely easy to do due to their user-friendly website, and I waited for the item to arrive. I knew it would take a while as it would have to come to the UK from America. A few weeks went by and I had received nothing, not even a shipment email, so I emailed the company. I received a reply very quickly and it was explained to me that there had been a mix up with FedEx, which I understand is beyond their control, but I still did not understand why I had not received a shipment email containing a tracking number in the first place. Nonetheless, I was happy that the company had resent the item using a different postage service, and I received a shipping email containing a tracking number immediately. Furthermore, I was extremely satisfied with this company's customer service at this point. However, I have now been hit with a customs fee of over fifty pounds which is almost twice the amount I paid for the item in the first place. Upon researching, I found that this fee is due to the company not following EU regulations. I have also found that the shipping label is only addressed to half of my last name, meaning that if I was to try to collect the parcel from the sorting office, problems would arise regarding my ID.Firstly, I feel that the company should warn their customers that there may be import charges to pay, as I have never had to pay import charges when buying from abroad before. Secondly, I believe that the company should follow regulations of all possible shipping destinations, in order to protect their customers from huge charges as much as they can. I haven't even received the item yet but I do know that I will definitely not be ordering anything from this company again, as I don't feel like any bath bomb is worth over eighty pounds, regardless of a ring.
