They offered a free set of frames so I signed up and did all the crap they wanted me to to get these frames and they only had a few hideous pairs. I was at another company guy any frames I wanted for free.
I love the selection and they arrived in good time but they were not the prescription I ordered. This happened with my child's and my glasses. The prescription I put it was correct but what I received was way off. I had to get my child's and my eyes recheck and when they checked the prescription on the glasses they realized that what was prescribed and what I received were totally different. I sadly will never order my prescriptions glasses from Payne again they lost my trust.
Great website with all the information that I needed to purchase glasses for my husband. Some sites do not have all the info needed which makes it hard tofind the right size frames. Process was quick & easy.

It is REALLY easy to purchase glasses. My Rx doesn't change, so I just hop on the site and get what I need. I have purchased several pairs over the past 5 years. My hubby uses them aldo. I love them and will not purchase glasses elsewhere again.
I’ve ordered from them 3 times and I’m very happy with my purchase and how easy it was to order. All three pairs were very well made and it only took around 2 weeks to get them back. When I had ordered from my optometrist’s office the cost was 10 times more and it took almost a month. I love Payne Glasses!

It would help tremendously if once I selected my size as M I would only be shown eye glasses in that size instead of all sizes. I did not understand the reasoning of being presented with “all” sizes!
Just ordered my 6th pair from Payne. Quality is always great and I know I’ll have my glasses in about a week from when I order them. I can’t wear progressive lenses and Payne is one of the few who will still do traditional bifocals. Love them!
After a little back and furth I was very comfortable using the website. Kudos to the design and development team.
