Thank you to Palram for providinng me…
Thank you to Palram for providing me with a PDF instruction to assist with the re-construction of my polycarbonate greenhouse I inherited . On dismantling before reconstruction I misplaced a plastic clip in my garden . Thank you to Jonathan for helping identify the clip and send me a new one with the minimal of fuss , many thanks

Canopia Palram shed is low quality
I ordered a Canopia polycarbonate shed via Palram. The plastic walls are so flimsy and thin. They charged $755 for it and it does not match the quality expected of that price, and won’t withstand the wind outside. We wanted to return the product and were offered 50% of our money back in a store credit. I do not recommend purchasing a product via these companies.

Very flimsy
Very flimsy, however two men took 9 hours to put this up. On a concrete breeze block base. Looks nice, or rather looked nice. 55mph although in sheltered area, Down, collapsed like a piece of scrap. Waste of time and money. Do not touch Palram. Save the heartache and money.

Plastic Palram 4' x 6' Canopia Shed
Bought a Palram 4' x 6' Canopia Grey shed in July. Took 3 people over 8hrs to assemble it, despite it being bolted to a driveway, the FIRST gentle breeze totally disintegrated the shed. Tried to reinforce it with wooden beams, it still blew apart in a breeze. Ruined all the contents of my shed, from rain (as the roof is unrepairable). Shedstore and Palram both refused responsibility for the claims made on the website. PLEASE, PLEASE do not waste any money at Shedstore or Palram. I would never recommend either of these companies to my worst enemies !!

AVOID palram and buy sheds direct
We bought a palram plastic shed. From start to finish, a disaster. Shed was delivered without notice as promised. Neighbor had to hold onto it. No compensation given. Shed was a nightmare to build. Poor instructions and terribly labelled parts. Shed was flimsy and took 6 of us to hold it together as the slightest wind would knock down any progress we made. Weeks later the shed was completely destroyed by the wind. This was after we had to strap the doors closed as they kept flying open. It isn't water proof. We came home to our shed in pieced. The company are refusing to offer any compensation whatsoever. Purchased from buy sheds direct. Stay away from palram and buy sheds direct. They claim the winds were to high on the day the shed was blasted to pieces. No comment on all the other parts of my complaint.

Palram Polycarbonate 6 x 8ft Canopia Eco Grow Greenhouse
One positive in my experience with company was that the greenhouse arrived on time. I have had greenhouses for over 50 years and this is definitely the worst. Having moved house and wanting to buy a greenhouse that would require little maintenance, I bought this one. Supposedly, easy to erect with full picture instructions. It has now been over nine months, and the greenhouse is still not complete after a catalogue of problems! It was said the greenhouse could be erected by 2 people in half a day. No Way!! It took my wife and I several hours to just go through the 2 boxes to check all the parts. I didn't erect the greenhouse immediately as I needed to get a proper base laid for it. Don't expect much help from this company with problems. Customer services is virtually non-existent and the only way to contact them is by email, no telephone number to be able to speak to a real person! Every email I sent was not replied to for at least a week and subsequently longer until, eventually, they decided I hadn't replied quick enough to their response! I had been away on holiday and didn't see the email until I got home. So they closed the ticket and despite replying since I have heard nothing from them!Other issues:Missing and broken parts were replaced over several months but with little help with the construction from the picture instructions, which were far from clear or from customer services. Numerous design faults include - window fitting is very fragile and difficult to fit, and has already blown out several times. Fittings for holding the polycarbonate sheets onto to frame keep popping out of place. The replacements were worse as they were hard and couldn't be fitted in place. The seals around the door frame do not fit properly and keep popping out of the grooves. The angle bracket on the frame to hold the door securely when open is a good idea but, is in the wrong place, as the handle on the door doesn't meet it.Don't try erecting this greenhouse in cooler months of the year as the polycarbonate will become brittle and split or break during construction. After all this time the greenhouse is still not completed and several of the roof sections are not secure. On asking for the company to come and take the greenhouse back, I was told that I would have to deconstruct it, and return it, in original packaging after over 6 months of trouble!!My only advice to those of you considering buying a Palram Polycarbonate 6 x 8ft Canopia Eco Grow Greenhouse is DON'T. It will be expensive, frustrating and exasperating; and you may not get a finished product you can use.

Bought a 6X8 CANOPIA Skylight shed
Bought a 6X8 CANOPIA Skylight shed. This is the worst product I have ever bought in my 60+ years on this earth.VERY flimsy like a cheap plastic child's toy. Don't waste your money on this pile of junk. Did not even take it out the box the first panels and the door at the top of the box were .made of extremely thin and bendy plastic so I just taped the box back up and asked for a return.I bought online via Wickes and thankfully they have been very helpful and have asked Palram to collect it back from me.

Canopia Balance 10 x 16 Greenhouse …
My review of Canopia Balance 10 x 16 Greenhouse Kit. I’m giving Canopia a rating of 2 on this greenhouse kit as it came from the manufacturer. I will describe 3 major areas that cause me not to give them a higher rating. I purchased this greenhouse in November of 2023, but I just completed the assembly in June of 2024 due to waiting for 2 steel roof supports from Canopia.1. Deceptive advertising - what I got is not the greenhouse they had pictured on their website, (as well as Lowe’s website, where I purchased my greenhouse). When buying a greenhouse on-line, the picture is an important part of making a decision, and it’s obvious that this false picture sells! The greenhouse shown in their picture had steel roof supports for every roof rafter, but the greenhouse they shipped to me was missing two of these steel supports for the center of the greenhouse. Canopia finally agreed to sell me the two steel rib supports even though their engineers said “they can’t be added”. The two steel supports finally arrived 16 weeks later, and now that I’ve installed them, the center section is more rigid and stronger. 2. The roof window vents are not attached to the roof! I couldn’t believe this when I came to this part of the assembly. There is a very small ridge, (approx. 1/16th inch) for the roof window to “rest on”, instead of being attached to the roof with some type of hinge. I can’t believe these roof windows would stay in place if left open during a moderate wind. I installed stainless steel piano hinges on each of the roof windows.3. This greenhouse is more flimsy and weaker than it appears. The aluminum wall studs and roof rafters are made from very thin aluminum, and the corners, doorway, and back wall lack any type of extra support, making those areas pretty weak and flimsy. This is something you cannot tell from a picture.I did not give Canopia a 1 rating because I was able to add extra bracing in several places that resulted in producing a fairly strong greenhouse. I added ¾” steel angle iron around the door frame that helped square up and strengthen the entrance door. I added square aluminum tubing pieces from the side walls to each steel rib support which made the side walls more rigid. I also bought extra steel bracing from Canopia to strengthen the back wall. I replaced all the black plastic pieces with steel brackets and aluminum flat stock. After all my modifications and extra bracing, I am fairly satisfied with my greenhouse.

Poor support
Canopy seems good quality, but arrived with most of the larger metal pieces badly scratched. Over 1.5months and 16 emails later (partly with Palram/Canopia, partly Costco), and still waiting for a resolution...Hard to recommend.

They shouldn’t be allowed to sell these…
They shouldn’t be allowed to sell these sheds. Purchased the Canopia Skylight through Buy Sheds Direct and it is extremely flimsy, super thin plastic junk. The flooring won’t stop even a puddle from flooding the shed. It’s also tricky to assemble which would be fine if it was of decent build quality but it is sheet metal trash. Avoid Palram at all costs!

None delivery
Ordered 2 Palram canopies from Primrose. Although primrose updated me be email that delivery is out, Palram (the canopy company) unfortunately used Arrow XL as the delivery company. With Arrow XL, Delivery arranged twice. First date received an email with all day delivery from 7:30 a.m untill 7:30pm. As well as a text with different delivery timeslot. No delivery. As it was Saturday evening, the office was closed. Sunday morning, I rebooked delivery for today Tue. I was advised technical IT issues and therefore, this was the reason they could not deliver on Sat. I received an email with timeslot for delivery yesterday. No delivery. I contacted Arrow XL was on hold for ages, advisor had to put me on hold whilst his manager tried to find out what was going on. Adviser informed me that, as I clicked on tracking link, for customer service telephone no, the system somehow put my delivery on hold. Joiner was booked to come on Thur, today is Tue. Adviser said he cannot rebook in, as on system it is down as out for delivery so driver needs to book back in. Shocking. I advised will try and change courier with Retailer. Spoke to Primrose advisor, who said would contact Palram about Arrow XL and trying to get my item delivered by another company next day. Waiting to hear back from Primrose on update.

Canopia 4x2 mini greenhouse
Canopia 4x2 mini greenhouse. My heart sank when I opened the package. It was a bit like a tinder date. You get all excited about the stunning brunette you are about to hook up with only to realise that her profile is 20yrs out date. Good frame but the infill panels and doors are very flimsy, cheap and nasty.

Canopia Herald 1.4 x 4.5 metre canopy
Canopia Herald 1.4 x 4.5 metre canopy. This is an attractive and effective canopy, supplied with good, quite easy to follow installation instructions and is quite straightforward to build with a couple of fiddly jobs, installation took about 1 working day. My experience was that almost all the build was a 1 person task, another helper was needed, briefly, for positioning the beam against the wall and installing the glazing. Almost all packaging is recycle able but on opening there was some damage to a few components, scuffs, bends and dents - improved packaging may solve. It would be better if the information that buying sealant for assembly is needed is available before the boxes are opened. I’d rather collect all I need to assemble before I start, rather than open boxes, read instructions go to Toolstation then start again. I think that the recommended silicone lubricant is essential when installing the rubber seal to the extension, it’s a fiddly task and tucking the end under the metalwork 1.4 metres away is tricky, a long flat screwdriver helped. Not sure about the permanence of the black plastic nut caps, I’m sure I’ll be waking up to many of those on the drive in the summer, maybe a spot of silicone sealant when fitting is a good idea.I’d recommend the canopy, it’s a good price, easily installed and nicely finished (if not damaged).

Nice noisy greenhouse
Nice greenhouse. The only problem is the noise the windowpanels make in the wind.

6' x4' Palram Capopla Harmony…
6' x4' Palram Capopla Harmony Greenhouse, Delivery was on time, however Things then went down hill. There were missing parts, Damaged components ( dents and bent items, edges of the flimsy steel parts and cut allumium extrusions had not been deburred, this resulted in thee deep cuts to both my thumbs and one finger when assembling these items, incorrect door hinges supplied, poor assembly instructions overall a lot of the section detail was not clear. The label attached to the instruction manuel was titled "Quatity Control" What quality control???.Customer service was for the present Good, but because we are waiting for the door hinge issue to be sorted and for missing items to be supplied the jury is out regarding a final evaluation at present. My rating at this time is 2 stars only. W D Heath

Cost effective way to have a sunroom
Cost effective way to have a sunroom, build your own, great I thought, they look good in the pictures, nightmare to build, silly plastic pins to hold the structure together, not all window trims fitted in tight, up about 9 weeks when we had winds, the roof panels starting popping out and yes it was built properly as per their manual, then the roof supports popped out, snapping plastic pins, eventually took rest of roof panels off so they didn't blow away, finally put back together now but have no faith in the structure and how long it will last, still paying for it, customer services we really helpful , supplied me with a free metal trim that was lost in the wind but clear panels that were smashed when they came out I had to pay for, resorted to using gorilla tape to hopefully hold the panels in place for a bit, hopefully get a bit of use out of it before the next wind gets it, wish I had just bought a metal greenhouse structure, wouldn't look as good but at least it might still be in one piece, definitely would not recommend these
