NOT HAPPY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICEHi Nick,I understand both the 11 and 12 are labeled XXL in your internal system. However, from a customer standpoint, ordering an XXL should correspond to one consistent fit.The 11 does not fit correctly, and I ordered based on the XXL designation. I’m not looking for a discount, I’m looking to receive the correct size for what was ordered.I’m happy to return the 11 if needed. 3 jerseys and they knocked it out of the park.
I was looking for 3 jerseys and they we quick on the communication with very detailed information and quick on the order. They even refunded when there was a difference in the quote and the accurate price. Best experience is could have asked for.

Overall decent quality, but major design errors
Overall the quality was pretty good. I just have a couple of things that should be noted. The product that I designed was a bit different from the one I got. First off on the back one of my logos was covering the blue mark and although it got approved, they shifted some things down a bit and crammed a big part of it. So I would've rather just removed a that specific logo, so communication would've been good. Then on bottom of the back I had two phrases written, unfortunately I think there was a printing issue that caused them to be printed 2 times each, but one slightly below the other which unfortunately made them BOTH unreadable which was a bit frustrating considering I paid 72 USD. The most annoying part was on the front I had 2 images of historical buildings, a cathedral and a museum, but the design that was already on the shirt as a template got printed over about 50% of the cathedral, and parts of the museum, (BUT THEY DID NOT APPEAR LIKE THIS ON THE 3D RENDER) this was a big thing considering these were some of the biggest center of attentions on the front, so having big errors like this was quite unfortunate. The actual print quality is good. This brand has the potential to be a very solid supplier for people who want custom apparel but for 72 USD I would expect them to have better communication if they are going to change things or if certain design features don't match the ones of the 3D designer render. The jerseys rock
Process was smooth, very communicative. Shipping was quick. The jerseys rock. Well made, comfortable cut. Played 2 pond hockey tournaments in them so far and get compliments on them from everyone.
