I ordered 6 bags of the cherry creatine…

I ordered 6 bags of the cherry creatine chews on 12/2 and it’s now 1/7 and my order still hasn’t shipped! I emailed 2 weeks ago and the customer service agent told me that they are out of stock and “should get them” by the first week of January. I emailed twice this week with no response. I’m going to have to dispute the charges with my bank. HORRIBLE way to run a company. Zero communication. Had I not initially emailed and asked what the heck is going on, I would still be left in the dark. In the meantime I’ve gone 6 weeks without creatine patiently waiting for my order! Screw this company. I’m going elsewhere.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They are horrible. I had heard of them as a great company and great deals and great product. I finally ordered from them and as a first and now a ONE time customer, I will never order from them again. The customer support is awful, I've waited several days for a response. They didn't tell me something was out of stock and I am now slated to receive my package i orders 3 weeks ago, next week! I will never order from them again when there are so many other options out there. Truly disappointed because I've seen so many Instagram influencers peddling their products and now I just think it's all a scam. Still waiting on my refund and have had to dispute the charge with my credit card company due to no response from their support team for several days. Do not support this company, they're absolutely awful!

My Organifi Experience

Since Organifi puts out an image of caring concern and inundates my email with promos and request for feedback. I might as well leave this here for others. First of all I got no response to multiple emails and web chats. Why have those as options to communicate with Organifi?! It wasn’t until I called that I spoke to someone who could not understand why my order had not shipped and promised to follow up and she did not. After a few more days I called again to insist on cancellation and refund, then the matter was finally settled. I understand that there was a shortage, but the time it took to let me know about it and why my order of nearly 300$ would be delayed because of it, was inexcusable. Keep in mind that they promote 24/7 shipping on every page. So instead of shipping what was in stock with an explanation of delay of the out of stock product, something lots of business do, ship separately or I dont know, even just a timely notification about it, I got a run around and they lost my business! As a first time customer makes me think Organifi doesn’t know what they are doing and since these products were to improve my health, I wasn’t about to add this stress to my life. So no, not a good experience at all. I should have checked trust pilot first and I would have seen my experience was not unique.

Disappointed

I received my order and read the packaging, which I should have done first. I immediately threw it all in the garbage because of the WARNING. "This product can expose you to chemicals including lead, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm." Total waste of money and this stuff is not cheap.

Organifi customer service is anemic.

I contacted Organifi about a supply chain issue in that one of their distributors short shipped product and I was out of pocket without resolution for an extended period, not knowing it would get resolved (with no help from Organifi)Organifi failed to look into the issue and closed the ticket. The distributor did react to the problem after an unusual delay, and provided extra product to compensate for the delay.However throughout this process Organifi did nothing but waste my time dealing in their less than adequate customer service system. The customer service people were polite, but delivered unhelpful canned responses, apparently not empowered, could only say sorry and closed the ticket while their supply chain is not being managed effectively. It took me weeks, way too much time and Organifi customer was a waste of my time. Great companies have great customer service. If reputation is deemed by customer service reviews, in my view Organifi is a below average company.

I received product from Organifi and have no understanding as to why. I never placed an order and, for that matter, I’ve never even visited their website.

Enjoyed the red juice

Red juice is delicious and their chocolate powder is good quality too. Really enjoyable products and I recommend if anyone is looking for good quality drinks powders with low sugar content

Really poor customer service

Really poor customer service! Long wait times and the representatives present as arrogant and pretentious. I had one representative insult my character! The owner apologized but damage done. Also buyer beware the product called "Gold" for rest and relaxation has a history of producing stomach pain! When I spoke to the representative (second time when calling customer service), I think his name was Pablo, he did not apologize nor offer a solution. He simply told me that they have received reports from customers of this product upsetting their stomach. Again, offered no apology, nor resolution and seemed to be indifferent about this issue.

I received the wrong order and support is ignoring me.

I received the wrong order. I ordered 1 year worth of shakes in vanilla flavour, got the chocolate flavour. I spent a significant amount on this order but customer service is ignoring me. I tried contacting them regarding the order several times over the last few months. I haven't had any response at all. Extremely bad customer service do not buy products fom this website.

Overpriced products made me feel sick, still no refund

Ordered the green and red juice bundle along with the immunity bundle whilst pregnant and suffering with COVID. Claims from the immunity drink did not live up to expectations and the green and red juice gave me horrendous acid reflux and made me sick in the night (I was far along in my pregnancy and did not suffer with any nausea or sickness prior to this). I initiated the guaranteed refund and return but have still not received it. In the meantime, another order totaling nearly £100 on 'subscription' left my account and when I stated I had tried to cancel it but there were issues with my account, I was told it was "too late" despite it being another few weeks before the products were actually dispatched to the UK. I have now had to pay £30 postage to return the product and have been charged two lots of import VAT at £65 each item. Overpriced products, can get all your nutrients and goodness from actual food. Really bad customer service and do not provide prepaid return labels to customers outside of the UK.

I ordered the protein powder x3 $222.92…

I ordered the protein powder x3 $222.92 on 22nd August it never arrived. They insisted it was delivered and keep sending me Royal Mail tracking info but when I telephone Royal Mail they tell me it was returned and to date Organifi have refused to refund me. Customer Services guy Alberto is difficult to communicate with and does not understand english I dont think dont buy.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. It looks like they are posting a bunch of fake reviews from people that they attract with lower prices on their products, but need to write positive reviews. I contacted customer support for a shipping issue and it took them 5 days to respond to my email. I tried calling them and was never able to reach a real person. I spend 2 hours on the phone just waiting in line and then left my callback number in their automated call system, but never received a call back. This company does not appear trustworthy to me. None of their powders have been FDA tested or approved and there are no reviews about have metals in their juices. And like someone else posted before, don't even dare to try and contact them about any heavy metal test results, you will never get an answer or response from them.

This is the worst company to deal with

This is the worst company to deal with. They are terrible communicators. I’ve bought the sunrise to sunset bundle and asked to see their certificates claiming they had third party testing for heavy metals in their products. They failed to follow through after my 3 months of reaching out to every department in that company. Finally they sent me some bogus results on their protein powder that I did not order. Terrible liars

Not great

Unfortunately, my experience with organifi was not great. I ordered on batch of Gold and found out that it's not for me. Organifi has a guaranteed return policy, so I wanted to return it. It took 2 weeks and several attempts to get someone to answer to my return request. 6 weeks after returning, I still don't have my money back and no feedback (except lots of Organifi adds in my inbox). My 3 star review was not published on their site, apparently they only publish reviews of 4 stars and more. What I also found slightly dubious is the pages long attempt to get you to order more than one pack right after ordering. Doesn't leave a trustworthy image.

Best green juice ever!!

As a vegan I find this amazing! When I use it with almond or coconut milk and add mixed frozen berries and a banana it tastes like a milkshake and when I add water with frozen pineapple and/or mango chunck's it's just a fruit smoothie.
