Absolutely awful service
Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest I can leave, but - 0 stars - absolutely awful service. I have been an iPhone user for many years, but when my trusty SE died last year I opted for the Oppo N3 flip - bit of 90's nostalgia. I was actually very impressed with the phone, worked great. However, the inner screen went black suddenly, I thought OK, it's less than a year old, let's get it fixed under warranty....NO. The staff in the Siem Reap (Cambodia) service centre were in no way going to fix this under warranty, they used a variety of excuses. Initially external case damage, then when I showed the outer screen functioning & said I had been sweating when I taking a call, they decided it was water damage. I asked to speak to the manager & was informed the person I was speaking with was the store manager, but has zero decision making power....seriously WTF. I insisted on speaking to someone else & a call was made to Phnom Penh, I then spoke to a woman, who would not listen to me & insisted that I MUST understand their policy, when I asked her if she had decision making authority, she said NO, again WTF. I requested to speak to her manager & was told he is on leave for 2 weeks and no-one can help. In frustration - and over an hour of my time, I agreed to pay for the repair, $200 - but was told it would be a month before the part is available. Truly awful service, these staff see customers as an inconvenience & have no problem solving skills. The end result, I am very pleased with my new iPhone.

Purchased an OPPO Reno10 5G in December…
Purchased an OPPO Reno10 5G in December 2023 for $537. The phone performed reasonably well at first, but just over two years in the battery degraded significantly and required replacement.While $40 for a battery isn’t a huge amount, a phone at this price point should last longer than barely two years without needing a new battery. That raises serious durability concerns.The bigger issue was the customer service experience. I received conflicting information about bookings and “backlogs”, and when I raised concerns under Australian Consumer Law about reasonable lifespan, I was repeatedly told that charges are determined solely by the service centre and cannot be reviewed.It felt like once the 2-year warranty ended, support effectively ended too.The device itself is decent, but longevity and after-sales support matter. Based on this experience, I would hesitate before purchasing OPPO again.

Oppo A5 phone.It's cheap, but you're better off buying a low end Samsung. Bloat ware out your ass, slower than my late grandma, tries to force Gemini AI on me, camera so slow I aged to 80 waiting for it to take my selfie- then it took one of my neck as I moved it away. I'm just a consumer. This is an honest review. I hope it saves you from wasting your money.

OPPO A54 5G - Impressed!
A friend of mine had bought an OPPO A54 5G as a stopgap 'phone while his Samsung Galaxy was being repaired. I bought the device off him when it was about a year old and it is now around 4 years old.I principally bought the phone because the camera is very good but there was an incident which further impressed me on Gower where we were not in sight of a local mobile phone mast while trying to upload a photo to social media and this little OPPO sent the pic 23 miles across the Bristol Channel into Devon!Also, when stood close to a mobile mast, it is capable of running a download speed of 200Mbps.I have had very few problems with this phone and it continues to serve me well. The problems that I have had;When in an area with a weak signal, it drops the signal but often doesn't reconnect meaning the 'phone has to be re-started.It 'forgot' my PIN once and wouldn't open for me, (a reboot sorted).The device manager is too obtrusive and a real nag.I have just started to realise that I will need to upgrade this year and would certainly consider another OPPO, my A54 5G will be ideal for my father who makes far fewer demands of his mobile.

Unbelievable, how a company like that can trade in the UK. Absolute thiefs and scammers. They have my trade in phone for 2 months, not answering their emails, impossible to get in touch with them. The tradeing standards are getting a new case in. Avoid at all COST!!!!!!!

Oppo premium customer sevice fault
The oppo premium sevice which provides a free phone cover and a screen guard every 3 months after the issue of your phone is a scam as every time I visited the oppo store (prahaladnagar ,Ahmedabad ,gujarat store)or contacted them , there response (which they very rarely do )is that they are out of stock , i can't understand how each time they can be out of stock ,either the company itself doesn't provide them with the phone cover and screen guard or its the store which bluffs both the company and customers for their own benefits , so I would request the company to look upon this issue and take a action on the store which I have mentioned.

Excellent company, excellent products and staff
I ordered a back brace through oppo and it arrived within 48hrs. When I realised it was too big I contacted their customer service. The lady I dealt with was excellent and it couldn't have been easier to return and receive correct size. New brace arrived within 48hrs and it is perfect. Absolutely recommend this company and their products. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Don't buy oppo big mistake
Honestly the phone itself is really good but for some reason the screens are very poor quality and keep getting screen burn, it was replaced under warranty.And the brand new screen after 6 months egsact same if not worse than my first screen and the anxiety I have being on one app. But I contacted oppo for this issue and they said because it's out of warranty now I have to pay.I own the oppo find X5 proI will never invest in this bogus brand again and recommend anyone else stay away as the phones are not cheap. Never had issues with any other old screen and my usage is always been the same. The last few years

Ok I've had the Oppo find n, find n3, and find x9. I don't know why I didn't stick with Oppo and switched to Honor magic v3, but that was a mistake. Oppo is the better brand and I won't stray again. The phones are brilliant, strong, long lasting, and has a great OS. The camera is high end, can't tell a difference between the other high end cameras. As far as phone goes, it beats Samsung any day, and if someone says otherwise they're lying. The only competition it has is Honor and maybe the iphone if they can start using decent battery sizes, but Oppo is always trying to use the biggest battery possible because they actually care about their consumer. I now have the ecno earbuds3. These are the first in a decade to actually fit my ears. No idea why, but I have to say, just adds more to the reason that Oppo is my bro now. Thanks Oppo. Customer for life.

Bad Customer Service
I ordered a phone on 17th December 2025 from online store in pakistan by paying advance amount and i was told to get the phone in 2 days max. I did not receive any information from the courier so contacted them. The customer service too were surprised that i haven't received the phone which led me to believe that their service is pathetic and have no feedback mechanism to check if order has been delivered, told them to cancel it and return advance amount, again promised to get delivery by 27th december which also went without getting any news about delivery and writing this review on 28th december. Will try to escalate their oppo international customer service to improve their services in pakistan. The order was placed on their oppoaed.com.pk which is apparently based in dubai but serves in pakistan and the order went to shopify.com for delivery who have no feedback mechanism, so it's all complicated here unfortunately but Oppo need to create a better service system besides improving their phones.

Bought an X9 Pro at end of October…
Bought an X9 Pro at end of October still waiting for the enhanced trade in refund to my credit card. Despite at least 6 emails to their listed customer service email on their site no response at all. I had to google search another number to ring and even then they were next to useless. I'm still waiting at the end of December. I will never buy an Oppo again. I would not advise anybody to buy one. Look elsewhere. Sony, Samsung, Apple even but don't get involved with Oppo.

Broken promises
This company gets you to join a club called prime, which apparently gets you discounts and insurances, but in reality. They let you down. I tried to cancel a booking which was supposed to be a full refund if I cancelled it time, to which I did but no refund and now I have a holiday booked in Las Vegas and my flights have been changed meaning I will be in vegas one night less and again they are no help

The last time I buy Oppo....
Purchased my third oppo phone find x9 and it will be my last. Ordered a case on 28th Oct and still not received it. Traded in my find X5 pro and still haven't received my trade in offer. Customer service is non existent - don't respond to web chat, emails and calls drop out. Nobody can give me an update on anything. WILL BE MY LAST OPPO PHONE.
