Absolutely stressful

Absolutely stressful. No service provided. Charges for service , which you couldn't get. My trip was cancelled by Renfe company, but cant get full refund. HIDDEN charges. Stressful experience. No refund yet , went through the hell. For now... no trip , no refund.Don't recommend

I had made a stupid error when booking a train journey through Omio. The help I received from Ethel in customer service was exemplary.I have booked may things through Omio in the past and will continue to do so into the future.I find their booking process easy to use and understand.

Exchange was easy but the original…

Exchange was easy but the original price I paid was $419.93 not $369.25 and I had to make a larger payment for the difference than I should have. I have now paid $561.91 AUD total. I should have only had to pay a difference of $91.20 not $141.98. Can I get a refund

The app is amazing, I needed to change the day of my train booking twice becuase of class cancellation and it wasn’t a problem at all. Amazing service!

Big thanks to the support team! I made a mistake with my travel dates, but the assistant helped me fix everything within a few hours. I had to pay an extra 60 EUR, but the issue is resolved. Great service!

They took months to reply

They took months to reply. There were no contacts available whatsoever, and they were very difficult to reach. In the end (after almost 4 months since the situation happened), I received an email regarding a refund.

The AI chat bot is not that good on…

The AI chat bot is not that good on use. Cos the first time when I reply to canceled my ticket, it said I cannot. And the second time get stack on the last step to confirm the contact information. But finally I can reach out agent Hale and get speedy cancellation process. :)

Prompt refund response

When I was informed that the train service was suspended, the refund process was initially discussed through the app's AI chat, but then the person in charge responded by e-mail. The person in charge responded quickly by e-mail and informed me that she had processed the refund, which was helpful.
