Like product mostly, not business practices.
I seldom, if ever, get my points applied to my purchases. I would like to get a full booklet of all your products. I often can’t find the products. Sometimes you send me product I don’t order, thinking you are giving me a bonus, only to take up space in my freezer. I mostly like the product, but recently filled the garbage can with unwanted product.

Twice in a row...
We have been w/ coming since 2012. we are not happy w/ the most recent service-- received a shipment w/ thawed items, Appears no gel pack or very little dry ice. We're in Fargo and it still thawed! The replacement package show again no sign of gel/dry ice packets. If this is the new models we will move on the other groups.

The quality of your food is unmatched
The quality of your food is unmatched, especially the different types of fish (which we actually buy more than the beef). I dont typically buy the packages of group of various items. We buy singular items (like 4 fish to a box,etc) instead of maybe getting an item or 2 we dont prefer. Keeps our freezer so organized in the boxes and we always have quality food ready to go instead paying restaurant prices.Unfortunately the price of everything has gone up (but its the same in grocery stores). Hopefully if those prices decrease, yours will also. Chilean sea bass had the largest increase so we bought more red snapper instead.

Shoe 👞 Leather Steaks
I have ordered from Omaha Steaks(This will be my 4th time)I am a big fan of The NY Strips. All 3 previous times the steaks were tender and extremely tasty. The latest order,the first Steaks were full of fat and (Cooked at Medium Well)very tough and difficult to eat. Ends had tough fat.
