I am disappointed this did not work out. There is no way shipping cavair with so little cold packets to maintain proper 27-35 temperature is acceptable even if just for overnight shipping. Your representatives have stated that you ship all over US and those containers guarantees adequate cold to preserve food safety. My order did not have any cold inside temperature actually was warmer than outside temperature. With this type of shipping someone is going to get sick. Please note realize your company does have polices that employees are suppose to follow. But unfortunately this does not happen all the time. Please note sales on Amazon reviews have complained about receiving your products warm also. Company shipped from NYC to North Carolina overnight. There is no way those packs were put into shipping container cold. You are stating company policy not what actually happened. If you keep denying, basically calling me a liar, the problem will never be corrected.I have no motivation for not telling the truth. i am only trying to help improve your business service. Calling me a liar is an attempt to cover YOUR mistake. Would you like me to post review from Amazon on this format. Or are they liars also? it was just a mistake on YOUR part, accept this and try to fix problem. I do appreciate refund, after one of your employees was giving me the run around. Again sorry this didn't work out. Please insure ALL shipments have adequate cold packs installed.

OLMA did great
While my wife and I did not particularly enjoy the Caviar (never had it before), the transaction was flawless and the shipping was exactly as promised. Give OLMA an A+, not on them about our palate choices.

The .5 oz portion is insufficient to get a real taste of the caviar. The cost is rather prohibitive to try a larger amount.

Where to get the best cavia

I found the Ostrea to be mushy along…
I found the Ostrea (tasted good) but was very mushy along with the Beluga we weighted the contents and they were short a gram. We have had other brands of these before and they weren’t mushy so I found it to be odd. The Kaluga was great and weighed on point.
