Ordered 5 cheeses and a bag of…
Ordered 5 cheeses and a bag of croissants for my son who was staying with us for 2 weeks. Received the package almost 3 weeks later. Unfortunately the shelf life of the cheeses expires within 3 days now and my son can't come back before next week. Not worth repeating I guess

I've already done a few orders since last year and everything was always great! :)Thank you for helping the world be a little more vegan, healthy and green.Only thing to keep in mind is that if you live in a country with hot summers, it's best to avoid "fresh food" delivery during the hottest weeks.

One may wonder what the purpose of this vegan webshop is. I bought their hempfu, I was told twice that the delivery would be done, I received two invoices with two carriers and different total prices. The hempfu never arrived. I got tired of their stories and asked for a refund - warning them that I would submit the dispute to the European Consumers Centre if the refund would not be done. They did the refund But , checking my bank account, I noticed that they had charged (and refunded) only the product not the delivery!! Never saw such a mess.

Pretty lame customer service
Delivery expenses are considerable (it might be a thing of the mail/courier service in the country of origin - France) and one of the products (Vitamin B12) I received in my first (and only) order in January had an expiry date of... January! I didn't notice this until I needed the product, about mid-February, and I contacted the customer service, manifesting my disappointment, not with the intention to receive any compensation or to exchange the product (I wouldn't certainly want to pay another 11 euros to send back the product) but to simply express my lack of satisfaction, upon which they asked me to send a picture of the product with the expiry date visible (which I did), but so far (about 1 month later) I have received no answer at all.

Horrible horrible horrible
I've honestly never experienced worse customer service. I ordered some praline chocolates for my mum's Christmas gift and they sent out marshmallows instead, in the shape of dog paws. Not to mention the box was open and badly composed. When I asked them about it they stated that they didn't have the chocolate I ordered in stock, so instead of telling me or giving me the option to choose an exchange or cancel, they just sent me a totally different product. No-one in my household likes marshmallows so they credited my account for the cost of the chocolates however, they didn't include shipping so if I were to order again I would still lose money on the shipping costs (which is at least €5). After 2 weeks of them ignoring my requests for a refund, they finally agreed to refund me today after I threatened to take things further. I would seriously warn you against this company and choose any of the other great options for online vegan shopping.

Amazing
I shop here regularly in order to stock up on things like vegenaise and oat milk, and have never had an issue. Delivery is prompt and customer service is great. They are always adding new items and at this point they have a great selection.
