They did the right thing, TripAdvisor DIDN’T

The tour company never got the reservation until the day before from TripAdvisor/Victor. The tour company Napa Valley Wine Tours originally canceled the tour but their supervisor Hattie did the right thing and honored the tour anyway. Thanks to their guide Steve for making our visit memorable. I WILL NOW ONLY BOOK DIRECTLY with the actual tour provider. TripAdvisor/Viator use to be good, now they only care about selling you something.

Just stay away.

This company treats its employees like robots. You'll have no work-life balance because you'll be forced to work long hours and overtime. It's like the management doesn't know that employees have lives outside work. They'll disrespect you as if you're not human. They are still able to recruit employees because they entice people with decent offers, but shortly after working there, employees will realize that they made a mistake accepting the offer. If anyone is reading this, I strongly advise that you stay away. The environment is terrible because of the horrible management, and you won't gain anything except decent money, which isn't worth it.
